Yes printers are still important in the real world! It's a tiny walk-in closet sized shop with a few racks holding mostly used & refurbished tech and maybe some special orders. At this time items for service are dropped off at the entrance and you can wait in your car or wander the reassuringly empty concourse. Is this really a 5-star place? Well, YES ...it's literally called "I Supply Ink" and it delivers exactly that and more. A dozen other computer & business services stores I called wouldn't touch printers, many others were totally closed. And the big corporate Wage Subsidy cheats don't have anyone answering their phones ( How the F*CK is one supposed to refill a printer on their website??) I went to the store a few days later and spoke to the owner. He pulled out a large square flat box but when I asked him to check if my name was on the label he wouldn't and referred me to the clerk who was currently serving another customer. That clerk checked the system but there was no record of my delivery. I got a refund from Amazon, and reordered the item to be delivered to my home. When it arrived, the box was exactly the shape and size of the box the owner had pulled out. I can't prove it but I'm convinced that it was my package and the owner was the one who received it and didn't log it in to the system. Will never go there again.

I was unavailable at that time because I was busy, and he left a voicemail for me. I was busy throughout the week, and I decided to call the manager on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at approximately 8:30PM, just before the store's closing time. My intention was to speak with a manager to arrange an interview, which I estimated would take no longer than five minutes. What made the situation more frustrating was that I made multiple attempts to reach a manager in-store but couldn't get through. I then spoke with an employee working in the Printing Services department to ask for help in connecting with the manager on duty. This associate seemed unfamiliar with Gabriel, the manager who works in the same store. He told me there was another manager named Ryan, but I wasn't sure if that was accurate. The associate claimed Ryan was his manager and offered to transfer my call to him. After about two minutes, the call disconnected unexpectedly, and I couldn't reach anyone afterward. What I find perplexing is why the manager didn't email me to schedule the interview directly. It seems unreasonable that I had to go through so much trouble just to end up speaking with no manager at all. Ultimately, I have decided that I am no longer interested in working at that specific location. I hope the nearby store can contact me to set up an interview.

I took the machine to Island Inkjet, located at Sherwood Plaza, a few times. Each time Jeff checked the printer and got it working. After my last cartage change unfortunately it was not printing. Jeff offered valuable advise for a better printer that suited my needs. The new printer worked fine, however I had computer error that affected scanning to the computer. Jeff offered options to get the scanner working, he also offered to change the printer with no cost if it turned out the machine had a problem. I am very satisfied with the service at Island Inkjet Sherwood Plaza. These days with so much scam it is not easy to find people that care. Thank you Jeff for good customer service.

They rock numbered pages, are available in grid, graph, lined and blank, have stickers to help organize, have a table of contents page and feature high quality paper (though less impressive than Rhodia). Leuchtturm's website shows no international distributors outside Europe[1] and you can't even find a mention of Leuchtturm on Midoco's website. But none of this matters, because I am telling you: you can find these fine notebooks here. Get one. They also stock a wide array of other (lesser) notebooks, pens, craft paper, markers, art supplies for adults and children and creative gifts for the hard-to-shop-for in your life. If this store has a failing, it's the cramped layout. They have placed all the desireable items (including the Leuchtturms) within 12 feet of the cash register. There's always a gaggle of people near the entrance. Expect to find yourself apologizing and saying "excuse me" a lot when you visit. But also expect to find some cool stuff, and possibly spend way too long here. Obligatory Title Pun: It's OKEY, MI-DOKEY. (So lame, I know.)
