He helped us found what would work for our small office within our budget. Delivery service was punctual and courteous. I ended up not satisfied with the quality of one of the desks, I received a replacement the next day without any issue. I have never ever experienced this level of customer services ever. If you looking for furnishings for your office, check them out online or visit their showroom. Their price is really reasonable and quality much better compares to IKEA!

She laminated three QR cerificates for me. She was exceptionally kind and friendly, and she meticulously and efficiently completed the task. She was also at the check out, where she helped me look for an accessory for my iPhone. I also want to compliment Nicholas. I was looking for an iPhone-12 wireless charger. He was also very kind. He patiently explained my options, and the pros and cons of each one. His excellent advice was invaluable. And finally I phoned the store today because, being technically challenged, I couldn't find the link to write this review. I was very fortunate to talk to Philippe, who walked me through the steps with incredible kindness and patience. Your store is beautiful, and the range of products and the prices are excellent, but it is mainly because of your wonderful staff that I will remain a loyal customer of your store

We were referred to this company through a friend in the industry as we were unhappy with our prior providers. I am extremely happy that I contacted them. Tasneem came to the office, provided additional specialty machines (at great prices) to suit our needs and thoroughly cleaned our copiers. I have never seen my copiers cleaned the way that he does. Without doubt, our machines perform better because of it. He is proactive in his service / maintenance, quick to respond, and is mindful of the budget allotted. I highly recommend him and Canar Business Machines to anyone looking for high quality, reliable care for their machines.

DO NOT BUY CLAY FROM THIS STORE. I drove to the store…read morebecause it was nearby and came looking for some modelling clay. I decided to buy the firm Super Sculpty clay, which had been given a "Store Favorite" because of its quality. However, there always seems to be a line at the kiosk where you can print pictures from your phone. So heads up on that. The store itself is clean and stocked pretty well. They have a decent amount of office furniture on display and can be helpful when you want to make a purchase. Now, be prepared, their delivery service is completely awful and an experience I never want to have again and thankfully, I just needed a computer chair. The location does have bathrooms in the back, which is always nice when you are doing a big back-to-school shopping for your family. It is Staples, so the price is what you would expect all around. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not incredibly expensive for your wallet. I've never had an issue with any staff helping me except whoever they use for delivery. Don't order office furniture here, but everything else is golden.
