Very cheap photo copy place. Service is pretty good. But they only take cash. So bring cash with you. Also you need to be very clear on what you want so there will be no problems. But if you know what your doing. You can do it on your own. The younger girl working there is the best one. Ask for her. She should be able to help you out. Colour copies are only $0.40 Black and white are $0.04 And computer use is $1.00 (no time limit) read more

Quick turnaround times, excellent prices (tell me know if you can find better), superb quality, and friendly and helpful staff. Minor complaints are that they're cash only. I had to cancel my original e-transfer because they apparently hadn't mastered accepting e-transfers from any other account than their main GMail account. They could use a website with accurate store information and an order form so I don't have to call to get their e-mail address to send them the order. read more

Customer service? Meh. Air conditioning? Nope. But this is the best value and best quality shop for printing. I don't think any shop beats their prices and speed of delivery. My partner came here to bind her study materials. We just walked in and it was done within 30 minutes. The previous shop we went to took an entire day. read more

Great experience. I wasn't expecting to have hundreds of pages printed and coiled in the span of 30 minutes. Great customer service. Nothing but kind things to say about staff and quality of the printing. read more

Great service! The woman who works there is very helpful and efficient. Cheaper than the university printers or Staples -- cash only though.

A fabulous little gem in the Annex. There is nothing they cannot do. Just had my vaccine id laminated and cut to wallet size.

Great printing place, especially for students -- right next to campus and less than a third of the price of university library printing (4 cents for b&w compared to 15). It's super simple to just bring everything in on a USB stick, plug it in and then print everything from the computer. They also sell some basic stationary supplies at the counter, which is a nice additional service, and are always very professional and friendly. There's a $1 computer use charge, but that's beyond reasonable considering the prices here! They only take cash, so keep that in mind. read more

I love this place. Printed exactly everything I need with in a very short time and really inexpensively. The service is awesome.

Cheap, yes. Good service, absolutely not. I arrived two minutes before the shop opened (9am) and waited outside the door. The employee showed up to open doors at 9:06am, glanced at me then slid in through the barely open door. Because I wasn't welcomed in I thought I still had to wait outside until she set up. That wasn't the case, she was just too busy talking on her hands-free. The entire time I was there she was talking on her hands-free and I had to interrupt her conversation to ask her questions. She misunderstood me (because of her previous engagement on the phone) and almost copied more pages for me when all I asked her was how much they would cost. A rush of people came in and she was trying to multi-task, kept answers super short and didn't allow any more than one question at a time to be answered. I walked out incredibly disappointed. Spend the extra cash and go to professionals like Fed Ex/Kinko's down the block on Bloor. You won't get the best rates but at least you'll encounter professionalism and reassurance that things are done the right way. read more

Been printing with them since 2012. Cannot recommend highly enough. They not only have the best prices in town but unlike other places they are enduringly patient with you to format and make sure they measure twice and cut once and they provide that level of help if your job is $2 or $200... edit: I read the other reviews that criticize the English skills of the employees, I've never been frustrated with them or had any problems communicating with them. They go above and beyond it is so rare to get service like this at these prices. read more

Needed to get large quantities of prints here. Extremely cheap. 4 cents per page. Even in rush hour I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were open on a Saturday which is a plus. However it is cash only! Hence docking off one star. read more

I was in a rush to get printing done for an event next door. The owner of the place assisted me in figuring out exactly what I need and how I should do it. It was my first time there and it won't be the last. B&W Printing is cheap as well, costing only 4 cents per page. Love the service and the prices. read more

Pretty cheap, service is what you'd expect at those prices. Service generally isn't needed, printing stuff isn't that hard.

My firm has been using Three Cent for the last tive + years, and continue to be delighted with its service and results. The staff is attentive, and makes sure it understands your order requirements for bigger jobs; and then it always honours the time/day by which they promise to have it ready. For the serve-yourself printing they are quick to show you, for instance, how to do two-sided copying and to fix jams, re-stock the paper supply and so forth Their prices are 50-75% less than the much less accommodating or reliable services of Staples/Office Depot, FedEx stores and the like. Yes, you need to bring cash; but it's worth the slight hassle. Ignore the no parking sign outside its premises: I have never been ticketed while inside for 10-15 minutes or so. Nothing but praise for this outfit! read more

Pretty good place for printing your stuff. But you should have some skills yourself other than the owner of the place. Cause they will be busy and if anything goes wrong you should pay for the pages. AND it is now 4 cents for each page. Double side counts as 2 pages. But good place overall read more

The ONLY reason I have given this place two stars is because of the price. It's convenient and you can't beat 3 cents a page. That being said, customer service is NOT their strength. There's always some issue every time I go in there. Today one of the employees was not happy that I wanted to use the only machine that was not in use. Then it got a paper jam, so I asked for help, and one of the other employees came over, pressed a few buttons and then I ended up with 2 more copies than I wanted. Of course, I was charged for those two copies. When I commented about being charged for additional copies, I was accused of lying since there were indeed 56 copies. Yet I had only made 54 of them. I am not going to argue over 6 cents, but it's the principle of the matter. The sad fact is that I'll probably return since they are by far the cheapest in the area. Expect cheap copies, but don't expect friendly service. Don't even expect eye contact! DO expect to feel like you're doing them a favour by making photocopies in their shop. read more

Went in just to print 4 pages, the service was fine! Not sure what everyone is complaining about and the computers are fast. Only took off a star since they've had to raise their prices to 4 cents a copy. read more

Great place for all your printing and copy needs. Each page is 3 cents! How can you beat that? Now I know why a lot of students like to come here. Service was pretty much non-existant, there were two Vietnamese ladies, one who was chatting on her phone all day long and another one who came to cash us out. She wasn't super friendly but wasn't rude either. I photocopied about 53 pages and total came to $1.80! Binding is an extra $1.50. read more

I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. Price for B&W is now 4 cents by the way. Cash only policy is sort of ridiculous for those spending more than $50. read more

Yes!! This place is fast and cheap. I honestly have no clue why people choose to pay literally ten times as much for a copy at FedEx around the corner. 3cent will do what you need for a fraction of the price. The biding here is also excellent. Cash or debit only. read more

This place messed up my order and said it was my fault even though it was not. The lady was rude and when I previously asked what the cost was going to be , another worker told me a price and when I went back she increased the price. Will never go here again! read more

Photocopy prices: 5/5 Accessories prices: 4/5 Staff expertise: 5/5 Equipment used: 5/5 Customer service: 4/5 Staff English skills: 2/5 Yes, the ladies working there (who I believe must be the owners) are a bit detached from "the floor" and don't particularly enjoy "interaction" with people who are not fully qualified to operate heavy printing machinery. They could also use a few ESL classes. However, I definitely did not have the extremely unpleasant experiences referred by by my other fellow reviewers... read more

Totally it was nice and smooth experience but the price gets higher it starts from 4 cents no more 3 cents.only cash acceptable.

Why the hell are people complaining on here. This place is 4 cents a copy. Robarts is 15 CENTS a copy. The place that sucks on college is 10 cents a copy. Who cares about the service or them estimating the cost. No where else is this cheap. I love this place and the people were nice to me. I get my whole course reading printed and binded for like 10 bucks. This place is gold!!! read more

I have been going to Three Cent Copy for years. The staff are very fine people. They treat all people with generosity and kindness. Although I am often in a rush and it can be very busy when I am there, I am always, always, grateful for 3 cent copy. Affordable, hospitable and such fine people. The best. I still come from out of town to do my copying here, to see the gang and get my jobs done. read more

If it weren't for the fact that the location is convenient and the cheapest in the immediate vicinity I definitely wouldn't come back because the customer service is so awful. Take today's excursion, for example: first an employee yelled at me for wasting toner because apparently I wasn't pressing the spine of the book close enough to the glass (the copies were perfectly legible and not at all obscured by toner shadow), then another started talking to me like I was stupid and at fault because the machine jammed. All of this happened while an errant child, presumably one of theirs, insisted on blowing a screeching whistle for at least 10 minutes before I left. Also, while I've never bothered to check if I've been overcharged, the last two times I've been there customers have challenged their totals. In one case the customer was charged 25 cents for 3 copies (remember, this is the Three Cent Copy Centre!). When she pressed the employees about how such a basic mistake could happen they started blaming each other until one of them left, and then with an unprecedented level of consensus they blamed it on that employee. There's another copy place just a bit south, which is more expensive but offers a much more pleasant experience overall. read more

AVOID!!!!! Went there to copy a few documents totalling about 350 pages and they "thought I said 500 pages", charging me almost 10$ OVER the actual price??? No instructions, no help, they don't have a good system to actually count pages you print. I gave them the exact amounts of sheet per document and still managed to f*ck up. When I went back to get my money back, the guy said "Are you happy?" as he gave me back my money. NEVER been served in a ruder way than this. Next time, I'll try the other location. read more

Worst copy centre ever! I would never come back here. The customer service is awful and this may also give you the impression that you are getting ripped off. The employees are never on time, usually walk, or should I say stroll in 5-10 min after the store is set to open. If you ever encounter a rush of clientele don't expect to be served pleasantly or efficiently. Don't expect courteous people. Don't expect decent prices. Go to Staples or another copy centre even if they are further away then you would like to go. read more

Contrary to other reports, I found the staff here very helpful. The woman that I dealt with, came to the machine and set me up and taught me how to use the machine and even came by a bit later to make sure I was doing alright. It is a self serve place, so I thought this was very good of her. read more

This is a small but efficient printing shop that's a gem for students in the area--don't believe everything you read about rudeness or unprofessionalism. In my experience, the woman I've dealt with at the front desk has been friendly and understanding. I've dealt with a man in the back as well and he was very accommodating and their printers were not working at the front for some reason so they found a solution with one of the ones at the back. Overall, it's very affordable, the store does wonderful work, and I'm very happy with my experiences here. Highly recommended! Cash only! read more

I use this place for my printing. Very efficient place that opens early. Staff can speak English :)

As a U of T student, this was my go-to copy shop. There is another place almost next door that advertises three and half cent copies, but I never once set foot in there. That's the power of the marketplace. The customer service was decent and attentive to my copying needs, recommending the ratio for copying until I got the hang of it--I was relieved of having to do costly experimentation. When my machine was out of paper, they replaced it promptly and without any confusion. Bicycle parking was of the convenient post-and-ring variety in front of the storefront. Having always asked for a receipt and reviewed the charges in relation to the number of copies I made, I can say with certainty that I was never overcharged. They also once waited an extra 20 minutes after their closing time for me and someone else to finish copying. I didn't have to carry around some pretentious chipped "copy card". It's too bad that there aren't that many more affordable copy shops around the city since this one is not that close to home. The rates tend to be around triple this place's prices for the same service. The prices were low and the service was competent and polite. It was exactly what I wanted from a copy shop. read more
