Hello, I went…read moreyesterday to Mississauga Dundas location and I had bad experience.  I ask to print 12×18 vinyl Sticker indoor ,and the Manger told me I don't have time to print your job today come tomorrow to pick it up.  I leave the store and I called Customer service , and Lady she answered and she's helped me very well. And she ask me to come back to the location and I can finish my job. I go back to the store and he told me come back at 6 pm to receive your job. I ask him I need indoor sticker and he give me outdoor sticker because he told me I don't have. And he charge me $65+tax. And I make the payment.  This situation now finished.  Now I open account to check other jobs and I found my job charge $35.00 +tax . And my job now in the cart . With same request . What I do Now and why he did that ? The Manger today told me if you ordered online you get the price cheaper than from in the store Now online $35 +Tax In store $65+Tax I attached the receipt.  Thank you,

UPS will never buzz or call to notify customers, the driver walks into the building slaps the…read moresticker on the front lobby door- pretending they made the delivery, all while I'm sitting upstairs beside my phone waiting. I receive all my parcels from any other courier service including Canada Post, it is only UPS that continuously provides this non-existent customer service. I had to walk with a disability and two children to the UPS pick up point only to be told my package isn't there and they returned it. I knew this wasn't true because I could see them looking for it after they scanned the slip but they were getting frustrated looking so they just decided to say its not there. Once I started to question how can you say that without being certain and stating that I will not leave until you find my package, they continued to look. Let me be clear, they only kept looking because I said I wasn't leaving. Then magically after 45 mins they found it. They are lazy, untrustworthy and disorganized. They tried to apologize but at this point, I'm sick, and have two children tired - all because they are lazy from the driver not buzzing to the store clerk making up stories that my package is not there.

One of the nice things about being a regular here is the staff know me by name and always go the extra mile for me when I'm in a tough spot. I designed my own wedding invitations (they didn't turn out too bad if I don't say so myself) and I even went here to have my engagement proposal speech printed on massive cards. The owner (Tammy) personally sat down with me at a computer both times and went over my options and gave me some suggestions to ensure the end result was really fantastic. Prices on some projects or tasks are a tad higher than I would like to spend but I think that is a UPS thing and not specific to this location. Overall I love this place and the staff here really make the difference PRO-TIP: Have them add your Aeroplan number onto your account so you score points with every transaction!

All pictures were not ready and further they were processed in gloss finish when I ordered matte. Shawn was not present when I went to the store to get the photos. Moreover he charges for his error and experiment as he called it. The photos were so bad that I tore them up and handed them to staff to dispose of. Shawn could have easily corrected this by employing basic customer service skills. He chose not to reply and correct his errors. DO NOT USE THEM !

When my husband wanted to print a short booklet of his online comic, we looked at a few places and found the downtown Print Three location to be the most helpful. They looked at paper qualities and sizes with him, being generous with samples and their time. The service was fast and really friendly, and the books came out great. I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them. Will definitely go back to them again!
