Hello, I went…read moreyesterday to Mississauga Dundas location and I had bad experience.  I ask to print 12×18 vinyl Sticker indoor ,and the Manger told me I don't have time to print your job today come tomorrow to pick it up.  I leave the store and I called Customer service , and Lady she answered and she's helped me very well. And she ask me to come back to the location and I can finish my job. I go back to the store and he told me come back at 6 pm to receive your job. I ask him I need indoor sticker and he give me outdoor sticker because he told me I don't have. And he charge me $65+tax. And I make the payment.  This situation now finished.  Now I open account to check other jobs and I found my job charge $35.00 +tax . And my job now in the cart . With same request . What I do Now and why he did that ? The Manger today told me if you ordered online you get the price cheaper than from in the store Now online $35 +Tax In store $65+Tax I attached the receipt.  Thank you,

UPS will never buzz or call to notify customers, the driver walks into the building slaps the…read moresticker on the front lobby door- pretending they made the delivery, all while I'm sitting upstairs beside my phone waiting. I receive all my parcels from any other courier service including Canada Post, it is only UPS that continuously provides this non-existent customer service. I had to walk with a disability and two children to the UPS pick up point only to be told my package isn't there and they returned it. I knew this wasn't true because I could see them looking for it after they scanned the slip but they were getting frustrated looking so they just decided to say its not there. Once I started to question how can you say that without being certain and stating that I will not leave until you find my package, they continued to look. Let me be clear, they only kept looking because I said I wasn't leaving. Then magically after 45 mins they found it. They are lazy, untrustworthy and disorganized. They tried to apologize but at this point, I'm sick, and have two children tired - all because they are lazy from the driver not buzzing to the store clerk making up stories that my package is not there.

So I took it to the UPS Store to get them to package it, thinking I would get it boxed there and then drive back to FedEx to drop it off. The team there offered to build me a custom box, though they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday (this was on a Saturday). I was leaving town Sunday, but when I told them that they said it was no problem; they offered to wrap the box and take it to the nearby FedEx shipping center in the shopping center on Monday, when I was out of town. They did so, and called me to confirm it Monday, and the package arrived with no trouble. Really appreciated them going the extra mile on what had been a very frustrating day up to that point.

When my husband wanted to print a short booklet of his online comic, we looked at a few places and found the downtown Print Three location to be the most helpful. They looked at paper qualities and sizes with him, being generous with samples and their time. The service was fast and really friendly, and the books came out great. I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them. Will definitely go back to them again!
