While it's a bit confusing to find the entrance, well-placed signs led me to the right place. The staff are patient and extremely friendly. The girl who helped me paid great attention to detail and made sure my items came out exactly the way they were supposed to. I didn't have my items on a USB but I was able to email the files to her from my laptop & smartphone. I can't speak for the variety of stock they carry, but they had exactly what I was looking for for my particular project, and the price was much better than any other shop I've used before. I will definitely be coming back to Captain Printworks from now on for all my printing stuff. Captain Printworks to the rescue! (they really need some kind of mascot with a cape!) TIP: Don't look for the building address when walking along Yonge St., enter from Charles instead. If TTC'ing: take subway to Bloor-Yonge station... walk South on Yonge... turn West (right) on Charles... the shop is on the North (right) side of the street.

I'd considered using FedEx Office and overnighting the documents, but that was too expensive. So I checked locally, and I'm glad I did. Ramy promptly replied to my quote request via Yelp message, and answered all of my questions directly. By mid-day, my colleagues confirmed receipt of the documents. I would happily recommend and work with Ramy again.

TLDR: If you pick up at the Downtown TO office, you get your prints at 50% off!…read more I found Mr Photo Canvas on google as I was looking for a place to have a canvas printed. Their website was easy to navigate and when I looked at the pricing, I couldn't believe they offered 50% off their prints, if customers pick them up at their downtown TO office. Lucky for me, I live quite close by! I sent an email asking for a quote, with the image I wanted printed and asked if it would be high enough quality for the size I was considering. I received a prompt reply a few hours later with a proof and answers to my questions. I confirmed my purchase and asked for it to be ready in a week and a half when I would be available to pick up. The process was almost too easy! I received an email only 3 days later letting me know that my print was already completed. Yowza that's fast!! When I picked up, the office space was really interesting and had a creative vibe. They had my print right up front and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Customer service was great throughout the entire experience. I surprised my boyfriend with a canvas of an online painting of the two of us and it looks incredible up on the wall. The colours are bright and vivid and I will definitely be returning for any of our future printing needs. -Ashley Marie

I love my other prints, but the quality of Mr. Photo Canvas blows them out of the water. The photo itself is thicker, the frame better quality. The photo is also tighter to the frame -- I don't think it will morph or get loose as my other photos have. I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable responses I received. I was worried the low-medium resolution of my photo would result in a pixelated photo. Mr. Photo Canvas convinced me otherwise and I'm glad I trusted them. My print is stunning. Between the high quality and the 50% pickup discount, I'll definitely be back.

My name is Erik. I run a local Scarborough Company called "Scarborough Lawn, Garden and Odd Jobs."…read moreand I used PrintMe's services. PrintMe offers effective and timely service for business card printouts. I have used their services twice so far - previously a couple of weeks ago, and just this week after my previous set of cards ran out. In both cases I had 500 business cards printed. PrintMe has delivered business card printouts quickly and effectively, which was critical for me as a small business owner doing a lot of seasonal work - I depend on door to door sales and handing out business cards to acquire work and pay. The timeline that was quoted to me for the prints was sometime next week, which was good - yet in spite of that they finished it this week on the very next day, ahead of schedule so I got to do door to door sales an extra day or two ahead of schedule. I appreciate their work and would recommend them for anyone who needs business cards. They do other prints as well. Definitely worth checking out! I decided to give them a 5 star rating, since it seems their business has been quite underrated by some. Farzana was very friendly and approachable at the counter, and a great help as well. As an additional note, I would be skeptical about the review left behind by Maheen K. First, his review account says he is from San Francisco, in the United States. As PrintMe Toronto is located in Scarborough, Ontario in Canada it is doubtful that he has ever gone to them for prints as it would not be cost effective or sensible or time efficient to have a business from Ontario shipping printed designs all the way to San Francisco. He may have mistaken them for some other company from his home area, or perhaps he is a troll. Who knows.
