    False advertising. We requested a 30 minute pickup, our order wasn't prepared when we showed up 4 hours later.

    Easy Button? Not at this store-- long wait, unprepared, and we paid twice. We ordered online for in-store pickup (order #9932150001 at 12:19pm), which is advertised as being ready in 30 minutes. We paid for the online order and 4 hours later, our pickup isn't ready. The clerk told us it wasn't ready because it is back to school season. Back to school season is annual and predictable, hire more people, pay them better, and don't offer 30 minute pickups if you can't fulfill the service clients pay for in advance. We wasted our own time picking out the products, and the specific products we wanted were not on the shelves. Total dumpster fire of a corporation. Now we will likely end up calling them a dozen times to get our unfulfilled online order refunded. **Don't shop here, ever**

    I highly recommend using Staples for office supplies because I really needed a lot of stuff and it helped me so I would highly recommend Staples for office stuff plus a gave me a budget and was very low pricing and I just wanted all of you guys to know so you guys can go to Staples and I just love Staples so much because I live close by it and I need office stuff all the time and like rubber bands, and all this stuff, so I would highly recommend going to Staples. It was super easy to find and it kept me under 15 bucks and that really help my budget for school and I would highly recommend it for college stuff because I thought I found all the things I needed but there was one thing I did not like the customer service was a little bit bad even though I asked for them to print out things, and I had a printed it out at home because they took a very long time to do it so that is the only downside of staples.     This is definitely the best and the only store where I could get office supplies, materials, and everything else. I am definitely grateful to this store for making it easy for me to buy everything I needed because they literally have anything I could ask for when it comes to supplies, materials, and even office furniture. This store is just basically the best, not only for the convenience it gave me but also for the convenience and great help it gives to every individual, not only for those who work but also for the students that also use these kinds of things. So far, I cannot say anything about this store because there is nothing bad about it or about what I experienced in it. It is clean and spacious. Everything is well organized and well laid out, and it is really easy to find anything. They also have a lot of stock of every product they have. One more good thing about them is that their prices are fair and reasonable, and I never really complained about their prices. Most importantly, they have the nicest, most friendly, and helpful staff that are always willing to help whenever I ask for anything.

    don t believe the check out when they say .just call staples rewards and they will send you a credit card rebate ????????????????

I went home, and came back about one hour later, and my phone was powered on, and I started receiving notifications on my Apple Watch as soon as I walked through the door. I had to wait for a bit because they were taking care of other customers. I gave the guy my invoice, and he brought out my cell phone. It looked brand new and shiny. He instructed me to try out my phone before leaving the store. The cracked screen was fixed, and my speaker was fixed. I purchased a screen protector, and I was out the door to enjoy my newly refurbished iPhone XR. It was a gift from a friend, but it came with a cracked screen. It's so amazing how secondhand technology can be a blessing. Finally I upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone XR. It's like I stepped into present day.

Luckily it only took the minor fix. My screen protector was very much jacked up. They asked me if I wanted a new one. And I wholeheartedly said yes. They took another 5 to 10 minutes, meticulously cleaning and wiping down the front of my screen to then properly the new screen protector. It was just honestly great service, and great help in that time when I really needed it.

A phone call came and I learned my problems were not as bad as I'd thought (yea!) $75 and a few hours later I took my laptop home. I had an issue a days later and they had no problem with my bringing it back in under their repair warranty. Very impressed and would recommend them.

    ***BEWARE*** I had a…read moretruly disappointing experience at G7 Electronics while trying to get my iPhone 13 screen fixed. I went in with high hopes, having had positive interactions in the past, but this time was very different. I explained to the technician that my screen wasn't functioning. He confidently offered to replace it in about 5-7 minutes for $157 (or $155 via Zelle). After a quick comparison with another store that quoted $225, I decided to proceed. When he finished, I noticed the screen looked blurry, and there was a warning that said "unidentified part detected." When I inquired about it, he mentioned a genuine part costs more and didn't let me know a non-genuine part would be used. I would've preferred to pay for the real deal! Things escalated quickly. He became visibly frustrated, saying he'd need to talk to his boss. After some time, he returned but had reverted my phone back to the non-functioning screen! When I asked why, he couldn't give a clear answer. In the end, he refused to give me my phone back and actually demanded $50 for the service I never received. Feeling cornered and frustrated, I ended up having to call the police--something I've never had to do before! If you're considering G7 Electronics, I really don't recommend it unless you're looking to experience disappointment.
