I am a small business owner that just started up. I paid for yard signs business cards and hanging real estate type sign in my yard for my business. I appreciate them giving jobs to teens but my yards signs got messed up. And honestly my cards had an issue as well that I didn't see until I opened the second box of cards. I just called because as a business owner running around I just got to setting my post and hanging my sign. The grommets they put in from their distribution place put the grommets in the wrong spot. Now the sign is looking unprofessional. After waiting on the phone the person was extremely room. Hey if you don't like your job find another! I'm unhappy with my product, don't get an attitude with me. I was very polite on the phone as well but at this point my services sell themselves and I will be returning everything and going with a different company. They don't things in house but the quality of the product is unprofessional I tried to over look something but the rudeness on the phone is unacceptable. On my yard signs when I told the girl at the counter I didn't like them she also was very rude and clearly upset. I was completely nice about. Obviously she didn't print the sign and I was patient in waiting for the new ones to come in but that phone call was the last straw for me. Buh-Bye Staples. I definitely will be going to Best Buy and any other plastic for all my office needs. read more

I popped into this location today for some copies. It was not a simple job to get done, but both Cam and Brooke in the printing center came to help me quickly. Asked what I needed done, took on the job efficiently and both helped in ways I was not even sure I needed help. This not so small task was accomplished in no time and I was out the door. I wanted to write this to acknowledge them both for a job well done. Very caring people, and they did a well above average to exceptional job for me today. 5 stars and a huge thank you from me to both Brooke and Cam in the printing center. read more

Just popped in on the off chance that "hole punching" was a thing. They were able to help me out with some folders that were holeless... thirty folders punched FOR FREE with a smile!!! Bought some back to school supplies, all the bins were stocked, aisles neat and organized and the college student at the register was polite, interactive and friendly!! Staples is Staples but the staff is always friendly. Lots of art supplies for the kids.

Very helpful went in to have some items that I didn't have a credit card and there was very helpful to filling a gift card out etc. for me and getting these I fax sent easy. That I ended up getting a few items for a school that I sponsor in Western mass and the young fella will help me was going to get up on the ladder and take the items down from the top shelf. And he didn't make fun of the fact that I was short. Will definitely go there again. Great experience read more

Employees avoid customers sometimes, they don't fulfill orders correctly, do not update customers on orders properly, every time I go here I leave with a headache. These things can cause big problems for small businesses like mine read more

Truly miserable customer service! I showed up with a package I needed shipped UPS and had a few minutes wait before someone came over to help me. The employee was not very pleasant, to say the least. I'm hearing disabled so the night before I pre-registered the package on the staples web site. I handed the girl a paper with my assigned number on it and was informed that "the computer never works". She entered the number and of course nothing happened. I said I thought one of the digits was an I and not a 1..... Didn't work either. So she starts off asking me the dozens of questions that I wanted to avoid by doing this on line and every answer was a problem for her. So I asked to speak to her supervisor. I told the supervisor that her employee was extremely hostile towards me. She then was able to find the information I had submitted online and the transaction was completed and paid for quickly. I asked a different employee if the store manager was available and I received a disinterested grunt. Clearly, this store has more than a few employees who lack even basic customer relationship skills. And it's equally obvious that at least one employee could benefit from some basic training on how to use the UPS processing system. read more

This is a great Staples. I frequently use the shipping services and sign shop and the employees are very helpful. It doesn't always feel like some big box store that doesn't care. It has more of a local business feel. read more

The staff was polite and professional, and the store was clean and organised. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me with my Staples account and the Staples app. The final word was "the Staples app is broken, try it on a computer at home." I appreciate the effort. However, corporate should fix the issue and inform local stores. Store management should make sure all staff know of issues. read more

Went into Staples in Mansfield today and was greeted by Ian . Had a problem with a printer that he said he would be happy to take a look at . He ran a few test and quickly discovered that my ink cartridge was defective so he switched it out and said have a great day ! A + customer service! I had a small project for my classroom, I had to cut some school notebooks to size. It would have taken me a long time so I went to see if Staples had anything to help. I went to the copy center and was immediately greeted by Jillian. She was so friendly and helpful. Immediately took my project and was done in about 5 minutes. Staples in general isn't always my favorite place to go for office supplies. While it's the only office supply store in the Mansfield vicinity I still prefer doing most of the large portion of shopping I do at these types of stores at Office Max in Walpole and WB Mason in Brockton. This specific Staples is average. All the same stuff you'd find with no surprises or frills. They don't ever have much clearance (bummer!), but on rare occasions you may find something extraordinary. Prices in general are expensive, and unless there is a sale, it's worth ordering something online or price matching in store. They do currently have a 110% price match guarantee, so you can get the product for less at Staples if it is less somewhere else. This is a good feature of Staples company entirely. With that said, this specific location could use renovations to the current space as it's very old and tired. More and more Staples have gotten renovations (the closest being in Norwood and Attleborough), and this location needs it. Staff are occasionally around when you need them, and at the cash register, very friendly and helpful. Then again, I live thirty minutes away, and have only stopped here a few select times while in the area. Office Max, WB Mason, and Staples in Norwood receive the majority of my business due to all of their strengths and actual reasons to go there. Nothing per say BAD about this store, just nothing great either. 3 stars. read more

I would rate their repair service a zero if I could I was told my repair would take about 1.5 hours .. I had a cracked iPhone screen. I was told they were certified. 3 hours later I had to contact them just to find out my phone was unrepairable and that the screen was no longer working (screen was cracked but still working when dropped off) I grabbed the inaccessible phone and returned all products purchased. Their suggestion was to have the phone shipped out (no guaranties) but that would take about 3 to 4 days. Not sure how they expected me to communicate in the meantime?? Had to run to the closest Verizon store and replace the phone asap! read more

Terrible customer service at the print center. The girl seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. It looked like she had just got back from her break and was about to eat her takeout right at the computer behind the counter. I asked to print my resume on resume paper and when I left I realized it was printed on nothing more than normal printer paper. The self serve machines didn't print my other stuff correctly so I asked her to cancel it so that my debit card wasn't charged the $1 fee. She then grabbed .20 and put it down on the counter in front of me with no explanation of what it was for..it was just overall a bad experience and I'll never go to that location again. If you don't like your job or helping people, then quit. read more

I went here to get office desk and found a good deal on mark down with several blemishes that manager Andre was willing to mark down some more. He went above and beyond what you would expect a manager to do to help my wife and I get it to my truck along with Matt (an employee). I called in advance to see whether this Staples location shipping department would honor a voucher from Comcast to pack and ship an item for return to Comcast for free. They said they would. I arrived at the store, waited in line for about 10 minutes at their shipping department, only to be told by the clerk that they wouldn't pack the item for me. I told them that I was told on the phone that they would. They told me "tough luck". Inaccurate information given to me on the phone, unhelpful employee at shipping counter, wasted trip! read more

I came in relatively close to closing time to print off a thesis that needed to get printed and was helped by several awesome employees, I believe one was named Jason. If it were possible to give zero or negative stars i would!!! This store has the WORRRSST customer service. The general manager Rob is rude and snide -when I called and asked if he was the gm he said "unfortunately." In this economy where jobs are so scarce these types of comments are shocking. I have been hung up on and kept on hold on numerous occasions and their "corporate" office is a joke. Every single job done at this location has come out botched they can't even seem to manage a simple flyer or postcard proof with out some sort of error. Everything at this store is overpriced so I never shop there but the one service they have that I use is shipping ups...so I went there at the beginning of the week to mail a group of packages and they ran out of the sleeves to attach to the front of the envelope where you put the shipping label...return 4 DAYS later...they still don't have any!!!...is there a manager that works at this store??? Very bad customer service compare with other Staples store. The general manager does not know how to do his job, he does not wearing uniform and you do not know if he works there. I've never had a pleasant experience at this store but after this morning I will definitely not be going there again. I got to the store around 8:45 this morning to send a fax. It took over 30 minutes to send 4 pages! I asked one of the sales people if it should be taking that long and she rudely responded yea it's sending. Then when I went to go checkout my card was declined. I immediately called my bank freaking out and I was told that my card was not declined and that the information was not sent through. I called the manager, Rob Serpa, after I left the store to express my complaints with the service and also to let them know that they may be having a problem with their credit card machine. He could not have been more rude or useless. He told me that nothing was their fault and that they just assumed most people know how to send a fax when that was not the issue at all as I do know how to send a fax. I've never felt more disrespected or brushed off than I did today. read more
