I work from home and used to buy all of my paper, ink, and misc supplies from staples online because the prices are better than in the store. Delivery became a nightmare with missing items. I once received an empty cardboard box that should have contained $200+ ink. Most recently, I received 1 case of paper when it should've been 2. The driver actually told me, "they always mess up loading the truck. It might come tomorrow. " I Still haven't received it. Looks like I'll order from Epson for ink and Amazon for paper/supplies. Staples is too unprofessional and can not meet my business needs. read more

Everything could improve. Low staffing no one can help with questions. A manager came out and spoke to a couple and was so rude and short with them. He told them this is the holiday season and we are busy. They left. Such a disappointment. He couldn't help me either have a refund because the pictures I printed came out super huge but no one was around to ask about sizing although the wrong size he could have at least gave me the pictures. Why anyone would send a package through UPS at staples is beyond me. They aren't liable or responsible for a thing. They state "We assume no liability for the delivery of the parcels accepted for shipment nor for loss or damage by any cause to the parcels or their contents while in transit.." staples words. They also overcharge for shipping. Do yourself a favor and don't use Staples to ship anything unless your good with wasting money.on items your intended recipient will never receive. Printing services here are slow even if you pay for express pick up i had an order and didn't pay for express on a Saturday morning a simple black an white order and was called a few minutes before closing that the order was ready could not pick it up until Monday, I had to make another order on Monday paid for express so as to avoid a similar problem and order was not ready until almost 8 not 6:30 which is the time i PAID for and was still charged. read more

Terrible customer service. Although they had the chair I wanted, the assistant manager told me she couldn't sell that last one because of company policy. I drove 8 miles to south Arlington & OfficeMax sold me their last chair of the same style. They even carried it to my truck and wished me a good day. Huge difference in how they treated me. OfficeMax definitely has better employees than Staples. I won't go back to Staples Mansfield as long as I can drive a little further and get top notch service. read more

Do NOT use this location's printing services. They will tell you a time to pick up your order then it will not be ready when you arrive to pick it up even if you cone a day later. They will also tell you they close at a different time than posted on their door. They are unprofessional and always behind. read more

Picked up my new dell laptop today! Quite a line inside but they sent back up quickly to the front of the store to get everyone taken care of quickly. I went in to asked about the weekly deal Lenovo 330s with an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U processor for $499. Ad says FHD (full HD) screen. In laptop specs, FHD means 1920x1080 resolution - compared to HD which is 1366x768. They only had a Lenovo 330s with Ryzen 5 on display with an HD screen (1366x768) with a label next to it saying a version with a Ryzen 7 and the same 1366x768 screen is available. I asked the salesperson (lady wearing a "HP" jacket) if the weekly deal is for an FHD or an HD laptop and she started "advising" me on not to nitpick the specs and how the screen is going to look the same so-so quality at this price point regardless of whether it's HD or FHD and how she had been doing her job for years. I thought that was ridiculous, as I asked a simple question, whether the max screen resolution for the unit in the ad is 1920x1080 (FHD, as printed in the ad) or it is 1366x768 like what the in-store label says. read more

I came in for a print order, this was first for me. The print person, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and got my order to me right on time. I really appreciate that she was also able to fix some of the problems with the original I gave her. I was skeptical at first when I read some of the other reviews, but I did not have that problem. Kyle explained the time factor along with alternatives that were available. I will definitely come back again! read more

I had ordered several 24x36 posters only to find that they were 23 x 36 1/4. I had them re-do the work and had to wait until the end of the day for them to finish only to find that we still had to crop the posters to fit the frames because they were still off. Was not impressed and will not use this location again. read more
