The first one she purchased on Saturday evening didn't end up working, and she bought two pens for her kids that had arms that moved. One of the kid pens broke overnight. So, we visited here twice while staying at the comfort inn across the way (super bad customer service there, btw). Oh well. Customer service was stupendous at Office Max though, we had an older gentlemen as our cashier and he was beyond patient with us and our exchanges, for another charger and another kid's pen. I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase.
