The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

I was charged twice on my credit card for services not rendered. I asked her to explained the charges on my card. That is when she turned away from me, and started ranting about injustices of ICE, and the current president in a negative way to a friend inside the shop. Then she made a comment about my Trump's hat. I walked out the store after being treated poorly. I believe her ranting explains why she cannot fix phones appropriately. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
