I made it years and years without cracking my phone's screen, until recently... when the back glass…read moreof my iphone shattered. That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.
