Briefly described the battery I needed and they without looking it up knew what I needed. Amazing service.

I think my first time using this location will be my only time. I was on the hunt recently to upgrade the rechargeable batteries in some karaoke mics. Figured the *battery specialty store* would be my ticket to happier singing! Here's how it all went. First visit: I'm waiting my turn in line listening to a disgruntled customer in front of me explain his situation before leaving in apparent frustration. When it came to my turn I was asked to return when a different employee who had better knowledge of my particular batteries. Okay, I suppose that happens. No big deal. (I'm thinking, "That's odd--why do folks here seem to be so unhappy?") When I reached the counter I showed the current mic batteries to the service agent so that the proper batteries could be found. I was told the upgrades I needed could be ordered, and they'd arrive by Friday. So, I ordered the batteries and headed home with wonderful anticipation. My Friday visit: I return to pick up the batteries only to find that the wrong variety had been ordered. Oof. I gave up and sought help elsewhere. C'mon, gang. You're the battery specialists. Not knowledgeable about load testing and draw. Very disappointing. Tried to talk to them about battery loads , etc. They don't care or can't comprehend. Never again. read more

Screen replacement fast. Had my screen replaced several times, had to wait an hour at the most each time.

Had the battery in my iPhone replaced and screen protector replaced here. They have great customer service and are honest and efficient. The next day, my husbands iPhone screen cracked and we brought it here, they were honest about him being able to take it to Apple and have them replace it rather than just taking our money and doing here. We will definitely continue to support a business that displays integrity. 5 stars fully deserved! read more

People here are outstanding, they have great customer service and don't hesitate to answer questions. I came in to purchase a lawn and garden battery and although there was a rude customer that the associate was dealing with in front of me (he wanted a receipt for something he purchased but didn't have any info to help the worker look it up) and the associate i thought handled it very well in that circumstance. He kept his composure and when it was all said and done was more than happy to help me with my purchase and answer my questions. read more

If you're looking for batteries that are sold already drained or that don't hold a charge anywhere close to the normal length of time they should this is the place to shop. Also, if you shop here more than once you're likely to be charged significantly different prices for the same exact thing. If you bring these problems to the attention of young staff here they cop an attitude and tell you that it's impossible because they don't sell defective or outdated batteries which the customer knows is false because the batteries are either dead at time of sale or die within just a couple of weeks. Be cautious too of buying their lifetime battery replacement insurance since they don't like to honor that either and again cop an attitude when you try to use it get the defective batteries they sold you replaced. I've given this place 3 different chances to prove they are a good business and they have failed as far as selling quality products, failed at consistent pricing and most importantly failed miserably at providing decent customer service. This store has not one thing going for it as far as I can see and I will not be returning. From now on for my small electronics battery needs I'll go to a jewelry store where they treat you great and sell quality batteries while only charging a fraction what this place charges. read more
