Somehow their not fixing it would still be my problem. I approached them with a diagnosis and pictures to see if they would SPLIT the fee that another shop charged to do the job right and they refused. They didn't even contact me back. I was left to troubleshoot on my own and was told to replace my HDMI cables after testing all of my known working cables in my house. What a joke. If you want it done right, take it somewhere else.

I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!

Once was enough…read more Got my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced here, and immediately could tell that the pressure sensor was off, meaning applications would not work correctly, typing was off, etc. The screen they used to replace my old one was cheap, it cracked after normal use, and even popped out of place. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

And when she showed up I thought....hmmm.....I didn't do any research on this business and I'm handing my phone to a stranger with a car! So I did ask her if she had any assurances that she would not drive off with my phone. She gave me none other than to say "I'm in your driveway and I haven't been paid??" So I wrote her license plate# down and sat by my window. It took her 15 minutes to replace the glass on my phone! Amazing. All-in-all from scheduling, service time and friendliness, was great! But as mentioned it would be good if they could come up with something that made me feel a little better about handing over my phone.

I never requested an express service. When I dropped it off I asked how long it would take and he said a couple hours, I said great and left. Find that a little shady.
