I called this company a few years ago when I needed a replacement belt for my maytag washing…read moremachine that was about 25 years old. The guy came out, looked at the machine and told me that I needed to get a new one. He then proceeded to charge me 80 bucks for a house call, which I put on my card so as to have a record. I then called a different company who replaced the belt for 30 dollars. This happened several years back and I still have the machine which works great now that the belt was replaced. I keep this company's magnetic business card on my fridge underneath a big red circle with a line through it so my family knows to never call this place again.
