I will be filing a PPO on the manager, but I am deeply concerned about the co-owner approving of threats of violence against me. It has been brought to my attention the manager is also going around saying I demanded a free repair. I didn't ask for a thing. I told him I did not want to work with Crash Masters. Please have him remove his attempt at defamation. I do not care about bringing up the familial things, it's a little crass for a dude but he is allowed to opine on such. This phone screen works worse than the phone I own that is smashed. I am assuming the forcing me to get the screen repaired after I said no was to prevent me from using my protection plan. The screen protector isn't even on right now that I look at it. All around awful.
