When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, after a few hours of use, the intermittent issue (that he was not able to witness) started up again. I called Duane and he immediately "remoted" into my computer. He spent at least 45 minutes eliminating every possible cause of my intermittent issue. After all his effort, Duane FOUND the issue! Literally tried to swindle a handicap kid with a junk computer I GAVE him to recycle tried charging the kid $155 dollars and not even the kid baught it thank God. He charged a lady to fix a problem she was having with her dvd but he charged her to reinstall windows because he thought it was a driver issue without even trying a external drive to test it first and didn't know how basic a cdrom driver is. This place is now a shady pile of crap shop. And expect to be over charged, given the run around, swindled, or flat out be refused computer work due to inexperience.
