He charged a lady to fix a problem she was having with her dvd but he charged her to reinstall windows because he thought it was a driver issue without even trying a external drive to test it first and didn't know how basic a cdrom driver is. This place is now a shady pile of crap shop. And expect to be over charged, given the run around, swindled, or flat out be refused computer work due to inexperience.
