HelloTech was fantastic! I was amazed with Charles' high tech tools, his knowledge of the Rocketfish mount, his pure strength in being able to lift the 75" screen/70 pound TV by himself whereby all I had to do was very minimal help, and his willingness to ensure my TV had full motion with the mount I purchased. I will definitely refer HelloTech to people in the area for TV mounting because I called your competitor three times and only one person showed up each time when there was supposed to be two and the one person wouldn't try to mount my TV by himself. Also, I appreciated that Charles wore a mask, as did I, and we maintained social distancing as much as possible while he was here. I sprayed my apartment with Lysol shortly before his arrival, I had the fan on, and window open. I'm just so happy to have my TV up. I bought it two months ago because it was on sale at Walmart, but its been sitting on my living floor because I couldn't anyone reputable in the Charlotte, Michigan area to put it up. I stayed up all night and am using my Smart TV as a stereo system right now. I'm soooooo grateful! read more

The Absolute worst in planning or needing assistance with any house project, does not give updates of cancelling till past the hour, claims to have tech's and creates an appointment but does not have tech's and offers a commitment and guaranteed tech after the scheduled service date that never happens read more

I was put in contact with HelloTech because Xfinity contracts out to them to do their hardware work. I scheduled an appointment to have a new router installed. The appointment was delayed, delayed, delayed and finally cancelled due to lack of technicians available in my area. They didn't even bother to attempt to reschedule. I think Xfinity might want to reconsider contracting out to them. read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my TV mounted on Tuesday the 3rd. The Appointment date was for today, Thursday the 5th at 1pm. I received an email saying my appointment and backup appointment was cancelled due to no technicians being in my area. However, when I was on the phone setting up my appointment I made sure to ask if they were able service my area. I was told they were able to and they then took my credit card information. Terrible customer service and now I am stuck looking for another appointment last minute. read more

I have been trying to use the online Hellotech service for 3 days. I have been a client for 3 years and get a virus clean up/removal 4 times a year, for 2 household laptops. This has been the most frustrating experience and the emails I get back are not respectful or helpful. It might be time to cancel my account with Hellotech. read more
