Long story short, the guys at Computer Solutions had my computer for two full days and after doing a full diagnostic on it and determining that the 3TB solid state drive was having electrical surge issues and was not repairable, they carefully extracted all of my photos / documents / etc. from both the 3TB drive and the second 100+GB drive (I can't remember exactly how big it was). I was one happy camper! No lost data! New computer (crossed over to a new iMac this time), but no data loss. What a relief. I found the price they charged me to be very reasonable, they were very professional, and I would certainly go back there again. My sense was that they were as concerned as I about what it was going to cost me, and they were very up-front about everything they did/ planned to do and what the cost would be.

HelloTech was fantastic!…read more I was amazed with Charles' high tech tools, his knowledge of the Rocketfish mount, his pure strength in being able to lift the 75" screen/70 pound TV by himself whereby all I had to do was very minimal help, and his willingness to ensure my TV had full motion with the mount I purchased. I will definitely refer HelloTech to people in the area for TV mounting because I called your competitor three times and only one person showed up each time when there was supposed to be two and the one person wouldn't try to mount my TV by himself. Also, I appreciated that Charles wore a mask, as did I, and we maintained social distancing as much as possible while he was here. I sprayed my apartment with Lysol shortly before his arrival, I had the fan on, and window open. I'm just so happy to have my TV up. I bought it two months ago because it was on sale at Walmart, but its been sitting on my living floor because I couldn't anyone reputable in the Charlotte, Michigan area to put it up. I stayed up all night and am using my Smart TV as a stereo system right now. I'm soooooo grateful!
