I was switching my phone over from AT&T,…read moreand things got a bit confusing, especially since I was in a completely different part of the state during the epic January winter storm. Ali made sure I had a safe, reliable phone plan while my father added me to his plan at Centerpoint Mall. He was incredibly patient as we navigated the process. He knew exactly which numbers to call for AT&T and T-Mobile and guided me step by step. I'm not very tech savvy, but he remained kind, soft-spoken, and encouraging the entire time. I was so impressed with his attention to detail--triple-checking that my plan was set up perfectly for my needs before letting me go. As a first responder, active military service member, and avid traveler, my phone is essential to my lifestyle, and Ali made sure I could keep going strong without a hitch. Thank you, Ali, for your patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You are truly appreciated!

    Conflicting information, telling people to do an online order and force them to wait for 2 1/2…read morehours all while your manager sits for 30 minutes getting bubbles out of a phone cover and his cohort flirting and chatting with everyone when you have a dozen people in line- this was a horrific experience, wouldn't even just give us the PAID for order, forced us to wait behind everyone while all this crap continued ~ worst experience ever- guess we're switching to Verizon

Xfinity is great if you want their services and you want to give them money but if there's a problem once that has started forget about it, you will never speak to a live person again.... Don't worry live agent is always there to help you and they are absolutely a real person. Bwhahahaha. Sigh

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER 2. their website is…read moretrash and they know it and don't care, customer service will tell you to get the app because the website seems like it was thrown together by a few elementary school kids 3. trying to get connected to a customer service agent is nearly impossible, so once you get one, hold on as long as you can 4. I have spent more time with customer service than i have with any other company in my lifetime (which is a long time) 5. Chatting with customer service for well over an hour and chatted with 3 different people and not one of them was able to understand my questions and ended up making changes to my account i didn't ask for and then tells me oh well, take it or leave it 6. customer service will tell you one thing, then you go to the physical store and they just look at you like you grew a third arm from your forehead trying to make sense of what you were told by customer service 7. internet/cable providers have a monopoly agreement and therefore you can pay their ridiculous prices or go without 8. bundle and save? B.S. there is no bundle and save, at least none that customer service could share with me BEND OVER THEY ARE GOING IN DRY
