Leave it to this place to leave me with an even worse feeling than when I went in. Not only did these guys seem shady as a South American Arms Dealer , they were rude and unyielding. I recently went in with a friend because the service that my friend was getting was ridiculously poor , it would shut down when receiving picture messages , and the overall service was just horrendous. Double talk and repeating the same things over and over again about why they couldn't refund even the phone that was trying to be returned is poor business practice. They could have at least refunded the $30 for the phone , but instead they decided to argue the situation and have therefore lost customers and hopefully other people will read this review and think twice about going into an establishment that can't even be bothered to listen to... let alone help their customers. Fun fact - someone else came in right as we were leaving to complain about the service. This place should be avoided at all costs. Their service is third-rate, at best. Their customer service is non-existent. Good job guys. Hopefully the rest of your customer base will wake up to your abuse and flee the scene as quickly as possible. 1 star is too generous.

The Cricket store…read moreitself is ok, the Cricket Phone Service, and, ESPECIALLY the Cricket.com or the Cricket App are USELESS!! I attempted to purchase an extra Gig of Data because my plan was set to renew (and paid a month in advance) but, the App wouldn't process my payment, then, SURPRISE!!!! My account was suspended because I 'didn't pay for the Gig of Data'!!! You cant make this up people!! Then, when I went to the Cricket store, not only did I have to pay the reactivation fee, but, get this a 'customer assistance fee'!! I will NOT be a Cricket customer after I use the month I have been charged for!! If I thought for a SECOND that I would get a refund of unused services, I wouldn't be a Cricket customer after TODAY!!

I've spent hours in store and on the phone with Moto and Cricket and I'm SO SORRY I went with them. Don't purchase or use Cricket as a carrier. After numerous calls and complaints to Moto they now say I've been hacked and Cricket wants me to pay for a new phone number and new sim card. I wish I never would have purchased from them! Worst and dumbest customer service reps at corporate and wait times are always long. I'm so fed up with the issues! DON't use Cricket as a carrier and DON't purchase a MOTO g 5g (2022) cell.
