It's so unfortunate that they are so consistently terrible. They know we are at their mercy and…read morethey take full advantage of it. Xfinity is great if you want their services and you want to give them money but if there's a problem once that has started forget about it, you will never speak to a live person again.... Don't worry live agent is always there to help you and they are absolutely a real person. Bwhahahaha. Sigh

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER 2. their website is…read moretrash and they know it and don't care, customer service will tell you to get the app because the website seems like it was thrown together by a few elementary school kids 3. trying to get connected to a customer service agent is nearly impossible, so once you get one, hold on as long as you can 4. I have spent more time with customer service than i have with any other company in my lifetime (which is a long time) 5. Chatting with customer service for well over an hour and chatted with 3 different people and not one of them was able to understand my questions and ended up making changes to my account i didn't ask for and then tells me oh well, take it or leave it 6. customer service will tell you one thing, then you go to the physical store and they just look at you like you grew a third arm from your forehead trying to make sense of what you were told by customer service 7. internet/cable providers have a monopoly agreement and therefore you can pay their ridiculous prices or go without 8. bundle and save? B.S. there is no bundle and save, at least none that customer service could share with me BEND OVER THEY ARE GOING IN DRY

T-Mobile Experience Store

T-Mobile Experience Store

I ordered my new T-Mobile iphones and 5G WiFi box "online" (not the best first step). My package…read morearrived 2 days later. Contents: 4 new iphones, and 7 SIM cards for the additional 6 BYOD transfer lines and a 5G wireless modem. I took a deep breath, bought a large frozen coke and drove to the T-Mobile store at the corner of 44th St and Ivanrest in Grandville, Michigan. I was prepared to beg a rep to work with me. I knew cell phone reps had high sales quotas to achieve, not just for the commission, but to keep their jobs. I was walking in as the "time-sucking, bought my phones and service through chat on T-Mobile.com" (and the cases on Amazon), no-possible-sale here-type customer. I just wanted several hours of help to get 8 phones lines transferred and a new WiFi box set up without being told I was an idiot and I should just go home and call T-Mobile customer service. After all, they are the ones who promised me the moon and took my money. They should be the ones to make everything work and explain why my bill is $180 more than expected. So....you can imagine my surprise when everyone at the store appeared ready to help me after I told them why I was there. They gave me a bottle of water to chase my frozen Coke and "promised" they would handle everything and make sure I was satisfied no matter how long it took or how many visits I wanted to make to their store. They were there to help ME. When I apologized to Sam for taking up so much of his time, he said there was no need. He explained that this particular store was an "Experience" store. That meant that everyone who worked there had lots of experience so they knew how to get things done. In addition, they were not paid through commissions. They were paid through "customer service"! Their goal was to take care of all my T-Mobile needs and answer all of my questions "at their store". Wow! What a concept! What's even better? They kept their word. Result? I didn't need to call or chat with someone I couldn't see. I didn't need to start each conversation with a repeat of the last four calls or chats. I didn't feel uncomfortable. I felt glad to be working with such talented people. I worked with Sam, Maurice (Mo), Ray, Ky and others. I returned at least 4 times during the week after my package arrived. Each visit was a pleasure and a success. I have since chosen to stop at the store whenever possible rather than call 611 or chat. Now if all the promos and rebates process as expected, I will have saved money and received some awesome deals! I'll let you know!Thank you!

The sales person told us there was a promotion for free watches. Sure that locked us in on service for three years and if you leave early you have to pay for them. I assumed it was two years like the phones were. I tried to return because I called tmobile and they told me I had 90 days. No only at the costco location not this store. My mistake buying here and not checking first. Please learn from my mistake.
