These cabinets are cheap junk. The cabinets are so cheap they don't match up together. Then the…read moremanager put "our" plan together as I made several comments about how that wouldn't fit. He picked the cabinets for our home and told me "don't worry about that." yet he told me nothing about having a 36 inch drawer with a 9 inch spice rack. Instead he put a 30 inch cabinet and a 9 and 6 inch cabinet. They were cheap Junk. Then he told my husband same price when we measured and 36 inch top cabinets wouldn't fit. I went back to get a new cabinet since it was manufactured defect. I decided to not purchase anymore because of how cheap the cabinets are made. Then I called asking for the manager. The same man who changed up out kitchen during initial visit was the manager. Stating the CEO is in Vietnam. I asked to speak to someone as they have to have a complaint department. The manager refused to give me his name when I asked his name to tell the complaint department. He then called my husband and lied and said I can't step foot in the place. I asked for a full refund yet I need to bring these cheap junk cabinets back to the store that I apparently am not allowed to go into. This was the worst experience I've ever had. He refused to initially listen to what I wanted in MY kitchen. He made the graph and put in what he wanted. This is unacceptable for a business to treat a customer this way. He cut me off several times and said "it doesn't matter". When clearly it did because a longer island would cause the back of a cabinet he wanted to add 3 inches to. We asked for what we wanted and he changed it. Glad I started with island and not the rest of the kitchen. When my husband went into the place with measurements he added 6 inches of cabinets we didn't want. I already had countertop made why would I want 6 extra inches? I would not recommend this place ever for anything. Then when I brought the cabinet back I asked if he wanted me to come back around back. He stated to me to bring them in the front. Yet a man telling a woman to carry the cabinets is ridiculous. I guess no respect for women in this establishment. Now we have to bring all kitchen island cabinets back when this "manager" chose cabinets I didn't want to begin with. Stay far from this establishment.
