M37 Auction represents the items well. It describes the item and lets you know if there are any issues prior to bidding. If you have questions, the staff will answer your questions so you can decide to bid or not. I have been using this auction house for years and have rarely had an issue. When I did, it was corrected with integrity and good customer service. For selling items I have never had an issue. Given the good customer service and the system in place, the items I sell are always bid on and I get a fair price. The commission M37 receives is well earned. Staff takes good pictures and will provide a description if you don't provide one. It is really a stress free process. I recommend this auction house. read more

As both a buyer and seller, I can't say enough about M37 Auction. Their drop-off system is wonderful, make an appointment and several friendly employees meet you to unload your items. Buying? The bidding process is simple and fair. Picking up is just as simple. Your invoice arrives with an invitation to make a pick-up appointment. I've never waited more than a minute or two, and all small items are ready inside, with larger items staged outside or pulled to the front of outbuildings. Moving around the buildings is no problem. After so many years of working with M37 Auction, we were shocked at how we were treated when we were unable to pick up a small table until the next week. The owners were not onsite. The ones left to man the store were rude and very demanding, as well as demeaning regarding the delay in picking up the small table. Put us in an 'or else' situation. In the end we told them to simply relist the table and we would never be back. They let us know they didn't really care at all. Easy bid process. Easy scheduling a pick up. Items were ready when I arrived. Smooth process. The only two things I will say is (1) the pictures are not high quality, so it's hard to see details on items and (2) nowhere in the bidding instructions does it say that you can submit a higher bid (say $20 when it's currently at $15) and the system will use it as a proxy bid (so when someone bids $16, the system will tell them they've been out bid). It doesn't actually jump up to $20 immediately. read more

I've been buying things via M37 for a few years now. It's a wonderful small company full of genuine customer service for both sellers and buyers. Like all auctions, it's best to go see things before buying. They typically have lots of pictures, in case you can't visit. If you can, they are friendly and helpful. We've been buying and selling through M-37 Auctions for several years now and have very little problems. They're always friendly and helpful. I love Conner the mascot. you can find good deals here it's a little longer sometimes if you pick up without a appointment but I've always got in and out in under a hour usually more like 30 minutes but I always have several items. Only thing I purchased and was disappointed was a Kirby vacuum(like$20) that said it worked and I plugged it in and sparks came out other than that I've been very happy and will probably be back every auction read more

I am addicted to M37! They have a wide variety with the best selection of items I am looking for. The photos usually describe the item very well. I do wish dimensions were added to ALL items. I have had a few surprises, some good, some strange. Any issues were taken care of right away. I have purchased some great bargains. I'd recommend M37 for auctioning items, it's local, they're on top of problems as soon as they arise, and I've had solid experiences in both buying and selling with them. There's definitely some room for improvement in getting the auction information out there to get more bids on certain items, but as a whole, they're working really hard to improve and overall its a positive experience. read more
