This set back our arrival time by almost two hours, and the WMFM were so flexible and SO nice. Their positivity was so greatly appreciated after a pretty stressful day. They were so quick, and also let us know of anything that was damaged due to the previous movers. Even prior to that day, scheduling was super easy. Ryan called with clarifying questions and confirmed the day prior.

After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

He helped us set up the ramp and get the divider out. I was grateful for his help. The only downside of the trailer was that there was a hole in the top of trailer. That hole seemed to be plugged with a piece of carton. So, at some point it must have rained because several of our belongings got wet. One piece of furniture had minor water damage. It was fortunate that the other boxes that got wet had plastic items so nothing else got damaged. Something I would do different next time is look up and check for any holes or leaks in the trailer...

My husband just recently retired from 20+ yrs in the military and Corrigan was entrusted to deliver our property. The movers damaged our door and door frame at a house we had just bought and moved into only a week prior. We contacted them as soon as damage was noticed. We also presented before and after photos AND were told by the movers upon their departure we should/could contact them if we found any damage, telling us we needed to sign a paper before they could go. Obviously this was a lie as the paper they had us sign apparently absolved them of any and all damage . Clearly this is a disorganized, unreliable, and untrustworthy company --- the movers even forgot all of their necessary paperwork at our home and the owner called us to scan and send it over to him. Unbelievable. After submitting our claim we were then ignored for 30+ days and only when I followed up did they tell us they'd be doing nothing. What a horrible way to treat a veteran! I'm disgusted with this company's utter disregard for our home and their lack of accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.

They even moved three heavy, loaded shelving units across the room without anything falling off the shelves. My husband and I were happy with the customer service and the timeliness of scheduling our move date. I had two televisions that needed to be moved. One was a 65 inch that I had just purchased recently and the other was a 46 inch that I had purchased back in 2012. Luckily for me the newer television survived the move but the older television (still in very good working condition and cosmetically flawless) was damaged. The screen had a crack in it and there was bubbling in other places on the screen that were not there before. We didn't discover the damage until well after the movers had left because they put the TV facing backward on a bench so we couldn't see the damage (shady). I took pictures and called QCM the following Monday (we moved on Friday). I was told they do not cover damages other than 60 cents per pound so if my TV weighed 100lbs, they would only give me $60 to replace it. I went back with the owner Adam Crans via email and he said the movers claimed the TV was secured and wasn't damaged by them. I sent him the pictures and then he came back with the movers said the bubbling looked like heat damage. From what heat? And how does that explain the crack? The owner asked for the model number of the TV and then said he would get back to me. He later came back with a "comparable" junk TV from Walmart that was $198 and said he would pay half of that. I told him to keep his money because it was a slap in the face and doesn't begin to cover replacing the much better quality TV they had broken. If you hire this company to move your stuff, you are doing so at your own risk!!!! They WILL NOT cover a loss with any meaningful amount of money that would make you whole again. They also DO NOT TELL YOU they won't cover a loss. It's just in the fine print "terms and conditions" that they like to point out you agreed to and signed. Very dishonest and shady business practices. If I could give them ZERO stars I would have.
