Cannot recommend them enough!! We made a move from Pittsburgh to Grand Rapids. Our movers from Pittsburgh were late, and they also took twice as long as originally quoted. This set back our arrival time by almost two hours, and the WMFM were so flexible and SO nice. Their positivity was so greatly appreciated after a pretty stressful day. They were so quick, and also let us know of anything that was damaged due to the previous movers. Even prior to that day, scheduling was super easy. I absolutely love this moving company! I asked them to pick up two really high priced items. The freezer and the washer got to my home looking perfect. The move was very unpredictable, due to the pickup locations. Ryan was amazing getting the move knocked out. I can honestly say I have zero complaints. Just so happy with the entire move. We recently moved here from across country and used West Michigan's Finest Movers to help us unload our moving truck. They were great! From the moment I contacted them, Ryan kept in constant communication answering all of my questions and confirming our move-in date. They were extremely careful with all of our boxes and furniture. And they also put up protection all over my home to prevent damage to my walls, floors and doors. They were extremely efficient and got the truck unloaded in a timely manner. If we ever need movers again, we'll definitely call West Michigan's Finest Movers! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. read more

I definitely recommend West Michigan's Finest Movers. Ryan responded promptly when I asked for a quote (unlike several other companies). His prices are very competitive. He called the night before the move to confirm that we were on the schedule, and the moving crew showed up right on time! They handled our items with care and even grabbed odds and ends that hadn't made it into boxes yet. Be aware that there is a 5% fee to use a credit card to pay for services...this company prefers cash or Venmo. Thankfully this wasn't an issue for me, since I do have Venmo. NEVER! First I booked them. Ryan told me he'd google it on his schedule. An hour after they didn't show, called. Didn't have me down. Said I didn't fill out form which I was not told about. Still came later that day. Saran wrap EVERYTHING, even things that didn't need it, which took a couple of more hours at a cost. Had to buy more wrap which I was charged for (was not told in advance I'd have to cover these costs). Ended up working til 1:00 AM. Had to come back next day to finish. No discount for the inconvenience. Bought pizza for everyone. Not even a "thank you" from anyone. Paid the 1st day & did not tip b/c of the inconvenience & I think "revenge" was taken the next day cause again, after I said not to, still saran wrapped. Plus 2nd day late again, things put in rooms but not where they should have gone & didn't ask like the 1st day. Charged me for ANOTHER hour which was only like 1/2 hr. more but paid full price. B/c of all this, I would have had them move EVERYTHING but didn't which took me a lot longer to move. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE **In response to you Ryan, I talked to you on the phone when I hired you less than a week before. NO FORM WAS DISCUSSED UNTIL THE DAY OF when I was expecting you to arrive. I HAVE the text between us & even read it to you the day you didn't arrive. You stated you were going to google it in your schedule & even said "see you Wednesday". AGAIN I HAVE THE TEXT AS PROOF. YOU also never mentioned wrapping EVERYTHING. I talked to you about how I've had movers (I've moved 3x in the last 10 yrs) who put straps across drawers so they won't open. You told me you use Saran wrap...............that is ALL I was told about saran wrap. Also you charged me for a full hour the last day when it was only 1/2 hour more which should have only been $40 more, not $80. My father was self employed with his own business. Gone are the days when making the customer happy. And a top was broken off my bed, which I was made aware of AND we noticed taped up cracks on a piece in my craft room. It wasn't an expensive piece of furniture so no big deal but nothing was said. I will say your help was very friendly and respectful. Just a word of advice........say "thank you" when someone buys you dinner (pizza) , take responsibility when making a mistake & making it better for the customer, and make yourself clear ON ALL ASPECTS of your business so no miscommunication. PLUS you advertise you take credit card but no mention of 5% charge if the customer uses it. I only charge or write a check. You wouldn't take a check & that's when you told me the credit card would have a 5% charge. Cash was accepted but you should be aware that NOT ALL people use ATM. I can only get cash when my credit union is open.....which isn't open at 1:00 AM. You also said I told you to pad & saran wrap everything.  That is a lie!  I NEVER said that cause I never heard or seen that done where movers pad & wrap.  You make excuses for your mistakes.  You need to learn more about owning a business. read more
