We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The young men knew exactly what to do and how to take special care of our belongings. They didn't waste a minute. We hired someone to come in and pack our loved one's belongings, only to find out after we opened the boxes months later that they literally put one or two small items and a TON of craft paper wraps in the boxes... because they charge by the box, we OVERPAID terribly! I would NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone!

Terrible. My LVP flooring was initially installed in April, they did a horrible job installing,…read morebouncy spots everywhere and a crinkly gritty noise whenever anyone (even the cat) walks on it. The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Truck will barely get up to speed going down hill. I'm heading to West Virginia... pretty hilly state, I'm sure it's going be a blast. I was a delivery driver for more than 4 years and have driven more box trucks then I can remember. But I guarantee that this one I WILL remember, don't be proud of that. If I knew my move was going to go like this I wouldn't be moving. This here is one customer that will not be a return customer. So all in all thanks for the headache.
