I have used Verizon in the past and was happy with the service. I have been going to the Verizon store in town to help friends to get their phone issues and other contract related changes done and the wait time is so long even if you have an appointment which we did. The staff there is not all fully trained or not very knowledgeable because we had to have several different people help us with the same issue. read more

Do not go to this location. Been out of a phone for days because they keep submitting the order wrong. Was suppose to have it yesterday now but they didn't submit order and now I was suppose to get it today but they shipped it wrong and I'm not getting it for it for 3-5 business days. read more

Shady business practices. I purchased a phone, not cheap either! I used a credit card at one of the ports, showed "declined". so i used a different card was "accepted" . Checked my credit card statements shortly afterwards, the one phone was charged to both cards! Ill never purchase a phone from these crooks again. Wow, seriously there are only 2 or 3 Competent, knowledgeable employees who actually care about providing a comfortable customer experience. I've been lied to so that I'd add a accessory or even worse not even asked to make decision on accessorizing my new upgrade. Verizon charged me for a phone I couldn't even register. I still cant get it off my credit report. Brought it to the store to return it so they have it. $1200 charge for a phone they have. The associate tried to prevent me from leaving when I tried to leave. Not shopping here ever. Obviously not interested in my business and I will never use a monster company like Verizon. The billing process wasn't explained to me at all, and I had to deal with late fees and paused service. They told me that since my screen protector wasn't sitting right, that if I just came in and asked about it they would honor their word and replace it for me. They didn't. Very poor experience here with the sales associate. She took my name and asked me what my question was and then I had to wait a half an hour. When it was my turn she checked the Wi-Fi settings on my phone and said I was fine. She did not give an explanation of why my error messages were happening. She had never heard of " Verizon has turned off your LTE calling" messages before, and said it was because I was by the lake shore and they can't do anything about the problems we have with coverage there. read more

Went with a friend to upgrade her phone. Will the "solutions specialist" presented her options on a way that obscured her actual costs and prevented direct comparison between prices and options. She ended up in tears at one point, which didn't seem to matter to the staff. Anything for a sale, even terrible, bullying customer service? Bad form, Verizon. Very bad form. read more

Worst customer service, or should I say lack of customer service. Their sign in process is a joke, the guy sitting there before me was not signed in and people who came in after me were helped first and yes someone asked my name to be put on this so called list. After waiting 20 minutes, I threw my hands in the air, said you have got to be kidding me and walked out. They were polite at most, but if you want to buy a phone they sure don't care. We took my mom to see if they can help her fix her phone or at least sell her one. They said "when this phone is dead, it's just dead" like there was nothing they could do.
