I called, they said they found it, would label it and have it ready for me to pick up at my convenience. Tuesday - I went to pick up my USB drive. This could have gone either way. I was hopefully optimistic, with a tinge of fear that I'd be met with some variation of "Who did you talk to? Where did they say they'd put your USB drive? Well, I can't find it". What I got was the exact opposite. My USB drive had been placed in an envelope labeled "Property of LP Bailey" along with my phone number. Overjoyed, I thanked Sarah profusely for keeping my files safe. Wednesday - I had to return for more work and was happy to be greeted by helpful Sarah behind the counter. I was looking for an adapter for my light stand that's NOT brand-specific, but the guy behind the counter pretty much showed the most lack of enthusiasm to help me out by shutting down my store visit with, "I'm not familiar with this brand. Sorry." Uhhh ok. Are people raving about the same "knowledgeable" person or does someone else work here? Is this a camera equipment store or not?
