I've been to this UPS store about 4 times in the last year (because I buy way too many items on Amazon and end up with lots of returns, but i digress). There is always someone at the counter who is speedy, friendly, and efficient. I needed a last minute Christmas package sent and they gave me great price/time options, and it arrived on time! I've had Amazon returns brought there without boxes and they're able to find out exactly where it needs to go and scan the barcode on my phone without issue. I arrived after work to a line of 6 people, and waited no longer than 10 minutes while the guy at the desk whipped through the line. Great location! read more

Nice staff. Very helpful. It's nice to know that you can still find good people out there. I will definitely use this shipping location again. read more

The only local UPS store open on Sundays. Easy in, easy out and I've never encountered a line. Courteous employees and COVID safety protocols are followed. read more

I've used this store several times, and I've never had a problem. Quick, efficient service, packages arrived on time and I damaged, and they will even package things for you, and guarantee damage coverage. They are also great for printing and copying. The new location is very nice, too! read more

There really isnt much i can say. I never have left a review and probably won't again but I feel this is the only establishment that deserves it. They are horrible and lost my package. I now don't know where it is. My friend who also does a lot of shipping has went 0/5 at this one in terms of successful shipping. ***Please*** do yourself a favor, and drive down 28th to the cascade one so you do not have to encounter this place. This is a warning for anyone that wants something to actually ship to their destination. read more

Not much to report here. Went to drop off a package for shipment with a label ready. The attendant said, "Just put it on the counter and I'll take care of it." That was both pretty convenient, and kind of rude... read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

See Trevor's review.... I should have before stepping in the door. Someone needs to check Alex' meds. Had I not seen him move, I would've thought he flat lined some time ago. Unfortunately, I was in a pinch and needed to ship. If I had more time I would've kept on moving. read more

This place got 1 star because of location and that's about it. I got thicker dude with buzz cut and glasses. I walk in, no ones in there and ask to return my amazon order, prepared return code needed the day prior so it was quick. Bro walks up and I ask if I can return this item and he NOT JOKING sighed like he couldn't breath, rolled his eyes and shook his head and says I hope you have the return code. Sure do bro bro - on so many complaints on this specific a hole, I'm shocked he's still working there. I generally do not complain but my apologies for inconveniencing your attitude and work today by being prepared and smiley when I walked in. I hope my tiny shoes didn't cause such a Ruckus you weren't able to complete the rest of your tasks for the day, and breathing is easier for you. I will gladly go out of my way to service better UPS stores than this one. read more

One star minus one! Zero Stars! That is Z-E-R-O, as in "0". Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never return to this store. I will happily go out way of my way to another location I ever need a UPS Store again. Rude is a compliment to the customer service. Extremely rude is more accurate. read more

Extremely rude!!!! Stood at counter 20 minutes waiting for service or even an acknowledgement that a customer was in store. Then I finally yelled into back room, only to be told he was on an extremely important phone call! Like I'm not important? He could have at the very least been polite AFTER he finished his "important" phone call. read more

1) No indication the store moved from it's 28th St location. 2) So you can ship items, but you can't bill to a UPS Account because they're not corporate, but rather a franchise. Not helpful for business accounts at all. read more

I do not like the new location. It is extremely difficult to find a parking space, and next to impossible to find one right by the door. After lugging my heavy package across the parking lot, the front door does not have an automatic opener, making it challenging just to get in the door. When I commented that an automatic door would be very helpful, I was told that it was too expensive and that they would never get one. I guess the cost of a door out ways a good customer experience. read more

Ok..its not just me. I have been here twice thinking maybe the first experience was them having a bad day. Wrong. I am still outdone that they expect me to pay for them to tape my package. I typically go to the one in East Grand, who are wonderful I might add, but out of convenience I have stopped in here. When they first opened they were fine, unsure what has happened over the years read more

Zero stars! I delivered 22 packages late in the day and they assured me they would be picked up that day and brought to central dispatch. None of my packages were picked up until the next day. Save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this store and take your packages directly to UPS. UPS Stores do not have a direct affiliation with UPS. read more

The floor is dingy, dirty and needs a good vacuum. The front desk area is equally as messy. Dingy lighting. Messy counters. Packaging materials are in disarray. I'd tell you which employee to avoid because of poor service but none of them appear to wear name tags. read more

Not sure why almost every employee looks rather unhappy. When I drop off packages at this store they seem to sit for much longer than other ups stores. The store is at a convenient location though. read more

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I am on crutches and have gone to this store twice. Both times I had asked for help. The first time they simply refused to help me get a package out of my car so I left and sent it via FedEx. Today, I had no choice in shipping as it was a prepaid return for DISH. When I asked for help the agent was clearly irritated and said it would be a while, I think he was hoping I would walk out. After he saw that I was not going to leave he went to my car but barked that he was there by himself and was not suppose to go outside. I could see another employee in the back room. I made a comment that I thought they were a shipping company. As I walked out of the door I heard him under his breath call me a "pain in the ass." read more

Came to this store on an occasion where I was cutting it close to a flight and needed to ship out some luggage fast. I was a bit anxious when I saw a rather large line, but the staff there handled everything very quickly and I was able to catch my flight with plenty of time! read more

Not quite sure why all these bad reviews because I've always done my shipping with this store. Always done a phenomenal job and never a issue. I have no reason to ever go to another store nor will I. read more

I would rate less if I could. The employee I had the 'pleasure' of working with was extremely rude and short. They acted as if it were a problem I was trying to hand them money to ship a package. Next time, I will use FedEx. read more

The guy who works days there is an IDIOT. I was sent home with a package that he "could not take". When i called UPS pick up they told me I have to take it into a store to get a new label printed and send my package there. read more
