I have been using the Fed Ex Store in Holland, MI for several years and have always had wonderful…read moreservice. This week I needed to print Save the Date labels from an Excel sheet. It was difficult to have this done correctly and I needed to return to the store twice. This was not the fault of the store staff, the spreadsheet and just using the labels was a challenge. The point is that things happen. I am not upset by having to come to the store twice and take time to wait..I was treated with kindness, respect and by a professional staff. Tassie is amazing. She stuck with the task until it was to my satisfaction. This is why I keep returning for all my printing and mailing needs.

I've been coming here off and on for years now. It's what I consider a one stop for all types of…read moreunusual services that I don't need on a regular basis. Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.
