There is always someone at the counter who is speedy, friendly, and efficient. I needed a last minute Christmas package sent and they gave me great price/time options, and it arrived on time! I've had Amazon returns brought there without boxes and they're able to find out exactly where it needs to go and scan the barcode on my phone without issue. I arrived after work to a line of 6 people, and waited no longer than 10 minutes while the guy at the desk whipped through the line. Great location!
