The place is really old, and the ceiling is in need of repair.

I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

About 10 minutes later a women shows up to the laundry, and said to me that's she is the owner wife. I proceed to try to explain to her that the machine was not registering the quarters correctly. I had a bag full of quarters and I had already put $3:25 into the machine already and the machine would start. The women grab my right hand and said to me "you didn't put any money in the machine". I broke my hand free from her, and told her not to touch me, to check her surveillance camera, and to call the police. The surveillance camera was position right in front of the washer I was trying to used. The women refused to check her surveillance camera or refund me my money. My experience with Sheldon Cleaners was extremely disappointing, both because they lost my clothing…read moreand because of how the situation was handled afterward. Sheldon Cleaners lost a custom-tailored pair of suit pants that were part of a two-piece suit. After the pants were confirmed lost, the Customer Service Manager asked me to provide my receipt for reimbursement. I sent the receipt, which showed the pants cost $121.34. Instead, I received a check for just $50. From there, the experience only got worse. I spent the next three weeks trying to get ahold of the manager to discuss the reimbursement. Because Sheldon Cleaners does not have a posted policy explaining how lost garments are handled, I hoped we could reach a reasonable resolution, especially considering the entire suit was now unusable without the matching pants. We also had to purchase replacement pants in time for a wedding, in addition to making multiple trips back to the store and spending weeks trying to resolve an issue that wasn't our fault. When I finally reached the manager, she said she would look into it and get back to me. She never did. The following week I left additional messages with her coworkers, and the week after that my calls went unanswered altogether. Eventually, I received an email from the manager stating that the $50 reimbursement was final, and my phone number was blocked, leaving me with no way to continue the conversation. Losing a customer's clothing is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism afterward made the experience worse. A business isn't judged solely by whether mistakes happen--it's judged by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, Sheldon Cleaners failed on both counts. I recommend Suburban Dry Cleaning instead. They clean items in-house rather than sending them out, which reduces the chance of items being lost, and their staff is helpful and kind!

There's a vending machine to buy detergent / fabric softeners and a laundry bag for purchase if needed. You can pay by cash, which they also have an ATM, or use the Huebsh app which you get a $10 credit for first timers which was so wonderful, but there is a convenience fee of $0.25 or $0.50 for using the app (can't remember off top). I'm not sure how much it usually costs to do laundry at other places but for normal wash I think starts at $10.25 and for a normal dry starting at 24 minutes it starts at $2. The app is super convenient for letting you know how much time you have left on your washer(s)/dryer(s) and you can be notified by text/email/app. The location was good since it's near Dollar Tree / Dollar General if you don't want to buy a smaller version of laundry detergent/softeners. It's also near Planet Fitness, Kidz Indoor Playground, restaurants, I believe some beauty salons so there's plenty to do while you're waiting for your clothes. If you don't want to/can't leave the laundromat itself has a couple nice sitting areas, free wifi, and a free library which I loved. They even had a cute coffee / water bar which was a nice touch. According to their website they also have laundry drop off services available. Overall I would highly recommend B2 Laundry Lounge for your laundromat needs! I would definitely come back again to this laundry lounge.
