So I call the phone numbers listed on the front office door. A man answer who was the owner, and I tried to explain the situation to him but there was a language barrier problem. About 10 minutes later a women shows up to the laundry, and said to me that's she is the owner wife. I proceed to try to explain to her that the machine was not registering the quarters correctly. I had a bag full of quarters and I had already put $3:25 into the machine already and the machine would start. The women grab my right hand and said to me "you didn't put any money in the machine". I broke my hand free from her, and told her not to touch me, to check her surveillance camera, and to call the police. The surveillance camera was position right in front of the washer I was trying to used. The women refused to check her surveillance camera or refund me my money. This women is crazy she was rude, unprofessional, very disrespectful, violent, and some way racists toward me. I'm a 59 year old black man from Grand Rapids and I told the women that I would tolerate her unprofessional behavior toward me. I inform her that I would be fileing a written complaint aganist het business with the Michigan Better Business Bureau Department and that I would never do business there again.

There's a vending machine to buy detergent / fabric softeners and a laundry bag for purchase if needed. You can pay by cash, which they also have an ATM, or use the Huebsh app which you get a $10 credit for first timers which was so wonderful, but there is a convenience fee of $0.25 or $0.50 for using the app (can't remember off top). I'm not sure how much it usually costs to do laundry at other places but for normal wash I think starts at $10.25 and for a normal dry starting at 24 minutes it starts at $2. The app is super convenient for letting you know how much time you have left on your washer(s)/dryer(s) and you can be notified by text/email/app. The location was good since it's near Dollar Tree / Dollar General if you don't want to buy a smaller version of laundry detergent/softeners. It's also near Planet Fitness, Kidz Indoor Playground, restaurants, I believe some beauty salons so there's plenty to do while you're waiting for your clothes. If you don't want to/can't leave the laundromat itself has a couple nice sitting areas, free wifi, and a free library which I loved. They even had a cute coffee / water bar which was a nice touch.
