And I was a solid customer~ about $100 per month in cleaning... and then I took them my (brand new) comforter. I asked to have it dry cleaned-- instead, the washed it, and ruined the fabric covering. It was clear that it had been washed--the fabric was all pilly. All I asked for was that they repay the cost of the cleaning (not even replace the comforter). The "friendly" family yelled at me (yes, yelled, and screamed and demanded I leave the store). I filed a BBB complaint, and they still wouldn't repay the $30. I've never been back.

For those that want someone to wash and fold (or not), they do have a drop off service and you can save about half if you ask them not to fold. Regarding the laundry machines, they appear to be well maintained and our clothes came out great. (No burning fabric due to hot dryers). They have a kids room too. They have several tables for folding and a few carts. There's probably only 8 parking spots but across the street is a huge parking lot.
