Although the top loader is the cheapest, people seem to not use them so not sure if they don't work very well. It's .25 cents per 5 minutes ($1.50 for 30 minutes to save you on the math). They have a kids room too. They have several tables for folding and a few carts. There's probably only 8 parking spots but across the street is a huge parking lot.
