It was my first time here, and probably my last simply to a really unfortunate situation. Although the business was clean, it's not safe to do anything other than watch your laundry. I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry. read more

Amazingly easy online service! I travel for a living so finding reliable service on the road can be tricky especially when you're only in a city for a day or two...WaveMax picked up a 16 pound bag at 9:00am from my hotel and had it back by 12:30 on the same day! I was sick of having to spend an entire afternoon for my apartments laundry machines to clean my clothes. Swung in here which is conveniently located near my home and was blown away by the service, quality of the machines and the short amount of time it took from wash to dry. Everything is paid for using a reloadable card that you get at a kiosk up front. That goes for the vending machines as well. I was able to do 3 loads in less than an hour, all while sitting in a sofa chair boasting USB & 120w outlets for charging your devices. 10 out of 10 would recommend! read more

Best place to do laundry by far and their clean and always wiping down machines cleaning them out, its just a nice place, very spacious and there is one worker who doesnt sit still shes behind every customer making sure as they use the machines that their wiped down n just always keeping bust i look forward to seeing her eveey friday im there, shes nice and friendly, and is always helping everyone. Bummer washer at home broke, however - happy to have tried this place out. SUPER clean machines, staff is helpful. It's not coin machine set up, but really that's alright - being able to do what is normally 4 loads into 2 loads and in and out less than hour and a half - can't go wrong. I will say the cost is a little higher than what other places are but for the machines being clean, not broken - you don't leave here wondering what gross stuff is left on your laundry. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in years and chose Max Wave given the good reviews. I was really impressed. I was told the Electrolux machines have UV technology for killing germs. No quarters, you buy a card. The wash cycles are incredibly short (as are the dryers). The place is clean with good energy. And Trish the manager couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. read more

Clean, excellent staff on site and not to mention the washers/dryers! The washing machines are powerful to clean clothes and the spin cycle takes most of the water out. Total time between wash and dry cycles was 44 minutes with 6 loads of laundry. Completely worth it and on Sunday there were free donuts and coffee read more

having very little time to do laundry at home. I set out for a faster option "laundromat". I started to go to each laundromat around the area. I found one in Middleville which was the best cheapest and closest to me. unfortunately it had a fire and closed down. once again I set out to find another clean, good priced, and not too far of a drive. after going to 5 different laundromats I found wavemax the best laundromat I have ever been t, very clean employe are very helpful and courteous the machines are amazing this is a must go to place for laundry. thanks WaveMax team. can't wait to see more locations open up. read more

Went to do laundry at around 8pm. Had to run errands, ended up having a family emergency. Realized we'd need to grab our laundry before they close. We walk in at 9:54, and the girl working was carelessly throwing our clean clothes onto the ground and THEN putting the clothes in the bag. We spent $30 to clean 4 loads of laundry... and now she's throwing our clothes on the ground. We say "why are you throwing our clean clothes on the ground?" She says "we close at 10", but again, it was 9:54. Not 10. She walks away (almost laughing) and we pack up our things, heated. Walking out at 9:57. She locked the door 10 seconds after we left. I left my phone on one of the washers so I approached the door at 9:58, she came up to the door, I literally saw her phone say 9:59. She waits by the door and doesn't open it, until it's 10 o clock. Now my boyfriend gets out of the car and yells to her, "you aren't even closed yet and we left a phone". She begrudgingly opens the door, saying "I guess I will call the police then". We grab my phone and leave. She's on the phone talking to someone. We drive off. I've met the guy who owns this place, he talked to my boyfriend and I about how the machines work to super-clean your clothes. Which I agree with, however, I won't be back as this unprofessional, untrained customer service worker manhandled my clean clothes before you even closed, locked the doors early, almost didn't let us retrieve my phone, and threatened to call the police on us. Not to mention that she's literally paid to wash and fold people's laundry.... I wonder how she treats that. Guy who owns this place: I'd cut your losses with her and establish a better customer service training and procedure so that you don't continue to lose $$$$ on unprofessional employees. read more
