The employee said the regulator needed cleaning and did so right then. I contacted the corporate office and they stated it was user issue that my blankets were ruined (Label states dry on Low, so dryer on LOW.) They were 90+ % scorched and had black burn marks on them. I offered to meet with them and show them the scorched blankets and inspect them and then burnt dryer sheets. They sent me an email stating it was an "user issue" and I would not be compensated and the machine was not broken. I had told them that the machine had certainly malfunctioned. They did not agree. I will not do laundry here again and tell anyone I speak with and know to do exactly the same. Such a shame.

Recently stopped this location to get a garment dry cleaned for vacation. I decided instantly that I would never come back so I put my garments underneath my Aunt's account. I put in specific instructions that I did not want my items starched. When I received my garments, they were completely stiff and almost impossible to wear. From the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service, I wouldn't even trust my clothes with this company again.
