It's not really a frustrating place to go in terms of people, either. I've never experienced people talking loud on their cell phone or anything irritating like that. There's an occasional cute little kid running around, but it's not a huge place, so there's not much place for them to cause much havoc. When I picked up my clothes, they luckily did not smell like smoke. When I dropped my clothes off (1 sweater, 1 silk shirt, and 1 coat), I had pointed out some spills on the coat and a stain on the silk shirt. They put tape on to mark the stains. The attendant brought my clothes and I handed her my credit card. While she rang me up I looked at my clothes, and saw that the spills on both the coat AND silk shirt were all still there. I asked her about it and she was like, "Oh we put a mark that we suggest water cleaning on the shirt." Ahem, a silk shirt that is dry clean only? I don't think so. It'd have been one thing if the attendant had pointed out the stains right away and said they couldn't get them out. I said that when I'd dropped my stuff off, I had pointed out those stains, so was there anything I could do to get this remedied? $33 to have only 1 of three items come out clean? She said there was nothing I could do. I asked again and said that seemed surprising that they have nothing they can offer. She said that I could pay to have them clean it again. HA. I told her I would not be taking any more clothes there ever again. And I hope you don't either. Neither salesgirl I met was remotely friendly, plus they didn't clean my clothes or stand behind their product. BAD.
