Do yourself a favor and find another Dry Cleaner! If I could give no stars or negative starts I would!
They ruined my Burberry Raincoat and after speaking with friends and neighbors about them found out that they have lost expensive items and have damaged others without taking any responsibility for it. I am trying to figure out how to handle the situation and have reported them to the BBB, since the owner refuses to work with me on trying to find a solution. She claims over and over that she did nothing wrong and when I asked her to explain the dry cleaning procedures she yelled at me and when I asked her to call me back with her insurance information that she did not know anything about yelled at me again and told me not to overreact. Then she proceeded to ignore me. The customer service of the employees are fine but the customer service of the owner and the person who actually does the dry cleaning does not come close to anything that is acceptable. Even the employees have admitted that the owner never takes any responsibility and treats customers badly when they complain about damaged garments or ones that have been lost.
