My husband and I have visited this location a number of times over the last year or so. The last couple of times was to obtain a mobile wi-fi unit for our home. The first time we stopped in Nicolette waited on us, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had to go back a week later because my husband's phone wouldn't hook up to the new wi-fi. That time Eric waited on us (he has waited on us before) and he was very helpful, as he has been on other occasions too. Eric had a hard time getting it to do what it was supposed to do, so he had to call tech support. Tech support couldn't get it working correctly either, so a new phone is on the way. My husband and I appreciate the fact that they didn't give up and did their best to make us happy. We pick up the new phone tomorrow. Thanks T-Mobile! read more

Very friendly when you decide you want their service, but a different story when canceling it because you have no service in the City of Kentwood. Ashley, the woman that helped us, turned into a different person. She took it personally. What she should have done is returned the phones with grace. Their service might not have worked for us, but I might have referred someone who lived strictly in the city. The kicker, they charged my card over $400 two months after we cancelled. (which was 2 days after we purchased). Save your passcode because if you don't have it, they will not even talk to you. If you cancel, take your payment off autopay before you do because they won't stop it. Thank goodness I kept my receipt. I had to verify myself, so I went to the store on Division and 52nd. They were so helpful and nice! I suggest that one. They really know their stuff! The Kentwood store told me to call Customer Care and to Google the number LOL..So T-Mobile, tells you to Google their own company's number. Unbelievable. Somone needs to old school a few post it notes and make sure every employee has one. Be better Centerpointe location. read more
