They hired a new Director of Sales, Scott Golin, and they have hired a whole new team of professionals who care about their customer's satisfaction. Scott reached out and offered to make things right with a free service of my choosing. I suggested installing 2 native pollinator plantings. He suggested a Button Bush and Diabolo Ninebark. His team installed them last week! I'm very optimistic that Hollandia Outdoors has redeemed themselves and will be the kind of company that I hired them for in 2021.

Nobody showed up, nobody called. Wheni I contacted the company Valeries told me someone had called and left a message cancelling the appointment. Which is a lie. They are horrible at communication with their customers. Very unprofessional I do not recommend even contacting them for an estimate as they will not show up and will waste your time.
