The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

Finally once more went there to find out what was going on, so 2/27/16 we went back they found it gave us a new receipt with paid on it and said he was really sorry he would get it fixed asap and give me a call never called however I did and it still wasn't ready or he wasn't there. I brought my very old, very big laptop up to them because it wasn't letting me log in. First off, they did not make fun of me for having a 20 lb computer and told me they would assess what it would cost and advise me if they thought I'd be better off buying a newer computer. True to their word, they came back with great price to fix it and had it ready quickly. I now have my old (heavy) computer back with all of my programs & documents.
