When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

He was waiting for the drive to repair the Xbox it finally came in but it was wrong and then it was on back order. Never received phone calls, but we were calling and checking in. He was either not there or busy and no-one else knew what was going on with it either. Left messages never got a call back. Then they moved went to the computer barn and it was lost they couldn't find the Xbox because of moving they had stuff everywhere. This I can understand. Told me to call in a couple of weeks. Called and still lost. Finally once more went there to find out what was going on, so 2/27/16 we went back they found it gave us a new receipt with paid on it and said he was really sorry he would get it fixed asap and give me a call never called however I did and it still wasn't ready or he wasn't there. Great service, great price…read more I live around the block from Tech Enterprises and wasn't sure if they did repairs on individual PCs. I called to find out that they did. I brought my very old, very big laptop up to them because it wasn't letting me log in. First off, they did not make fun of me for having a 20 lb computer and told me they would assess what it would cost and advise me if they thought I'd be better off buying a newer computer. True to their word, they came back with great price to fix it and had it ready quickly. I now have my old (heavy) computer back with all of my programs & documents. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repair.
