Technician Andrew was extremely knowledgeable (having worked for Apple 11years) and corrected some errors an Apple upgrade caused that locked up my laptop! I would highly recommend Computer Rescue 911:)

When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, after a few hours of use, the intermittent issue (that he was not able to witness) started up again. I called Duane and he immediately "remoted" into my computer. He spent at least 45 minutes eliminating every possible cause of my intermittent issue. After all his effort, Duane FOUND the issue! Duane is a rock-star and went above and beyond in my case to solve my problem. I cannot recommend Computer House Calls enough!

Then they moved went to the computer barn and it was lost they couldn't find the Xbox because of moving they had stuff everywhere. This I can understand. Told me to call in a couple of weeks. Went there a few weeks ago and they are gone no-one around and signage was also gone. Packed up and moved again. No moved sign when I was there. Decided to just give up this time.
