Unfortunately, after a few hours of use, the intermittent issue (that he was not able to witness) started up again. I called Duane and he immediately "remoted" into my computer. Then they moved went to the computer barn and it was lost they couldn't find the Xbox because of moving they had stuff everywhere. This I can understand. Told me to call in a couple of weeks. Called and still lost. Finally once more went there to find out what was going on, so 2/27/16 we went back they found it gave us a new receipt with paid on it and said he was really sorry he would get it fixed asap and give me a call never called however I did and it still wasn't ready or he wasn't there. Exceeded expectations and was super friendly. Offered two options a cheaper bypass route or replacing a part of the laptop.
