I needed a memorial foam board poster the next day. Staples was able to have it ready on time. I just had to create and upload the file to Staples website, they also provide templates. Thank you Staples! read more

Staples seems to always have what we need, even in a pinch. The copying service is always helpful. The employees are gracious and go above and beyond sometimes and the managers are always helpful too. If you need to ever return anything, they are also helpful to see that your finances are adequately returned, even if ordered off of a website, and come into a physical store... as long as you have proof of a receipt. This establishment is always clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked, except when a crisis pandemic is happening, the toilet paper is zilch. read more

Poor print marketing service. Staff doesn't know how to ring up simple items, and then when they do figure it out the job that should take 5 minutes now becomes a 2 day process.. read more

Went in during the week. Parking was easy . Was greeted by a gentlemen In The front who directed me to where I was needing to go . The toner section . I was able to find 3/4 toners , he was able to contact a nearby staples store to reserve the missing toner ! That's what I call great customer service! He went above and beyond and took the time and consideration, I didn't have to go to different staples stores for a toner . I walked in the other store told them my Name , paid for the product and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes! Convince! Thank you staples read more

Thank you Brian Mendoza for helping me take my passport photos in a professional matter. Very great customer service and I appreciate for giving me a chance to see if the photo is up to my standards. I had previously gone to a different location that lacked the quality, lighting, and customer service. This staples does the job, they go above and beyond. Their equipment is modern and the lighting is great. read more

I come here only do to sheer convenience of location. Every time I've come here and approach a sales associate with a question, I'm always greeted in the same manner. You know, the whole "deer in head lights look". As if no one has every asked, "what aisle can I find ink?" Watch! Come to this location, ask someone a "simple question" and watch them scatter, "ummm...let me ask someone." Bought an office chair, no one was able to assist. Had to lug the chair onto a cart. Ordered stuff online and had it delivered at this location. The store manager was helping me and had no idea where my items were. read more

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online for pickup and when I came in they couldn't find the order despite my order # I had in hand. They said I'd just have to stand there and wait for them to receive the order as it takes "30 minutes" - I had placed the order almost an hour prior. I ended up just walking over to the section and picking out my items myself. They didn't have as many in stock as the online inventory said and wouldn't check the back. The manager wouldn't even speak to me herself and rather sent a poor sales associate to try and explain their policy. I ended up just buying the product in the store and canceling the pick up order. I understand that stuff gets mixed up sometimes but the manager was rude, dismissive, and wouldn't speak to me herself. Terrible customer service from a usually great company. read more

Really appreciated the staffs during the prints because we had done the print of like 300 pages but the thing was we were told it's going to be $0.12 for each pages where they didn't tell us about the $0.20 which has to added as we are going to print on bond sheets but she accepted the mistake and applied that on the total amount I really Appreciate the effort by her read more

I really try to never give out bad reviews BUT the employees here are super lazy, including the manager Jenard ! Any information you ask for they instantly direct you to their website! I advised them I was somewhere w no internet access - NOPE WEBSITE ONLY! I spend hundreds of dollars per month here (small business owner) so I have a rewards card and I know they have access to all my purchasing info. I would never treat one of my customers the way they treated me. Office Depot just gained a customer. read more

I came in today looking for ink for my printer. While browsing through the store, an employee came up to me and said, "May I help you with anything?". Since they're computer is down to search for the right ink for my printer, I asked if I'm getting the right ink for my printer. He flat out told me, "Just Google it!" And left me to ask another customer if they needed help. HOW RUDE! I approached another employee and he said he hasn't clocked in yet (understandable) and proceeded to clock in and went straight to the computer to fix it. (I did try googling it but I haven't gotten any luck. I've been tossed around until a manager helped me. (at one point, another customer also voiced her frustration on this store about looking for the right ink for her printer too) At this time, I voiced my frustration especially to that one employee who APPROACHED ME and asked me if I need some help just to tell me, Google it! Very unprofessional and rude. Don't ask customers if they need help if you aren't going to help them!!! Very mad about the customer service here! DISAPPOINTING! read more

Staples does, pretty much, have everything for sure. Early in the covid vax time they were laminating copies for free. I'm sure it cost them plenty, but was a nice public service. I recently got a booster, made a couple of copies and went in to get them laminated. I knew I'd have top pay for it, but didn't really care. I had 2 done, and it cost me $9.22, about twice what I expected. Broken down it was $3.24x2, plus an "express guarantee" fee of $1.94. I asked what that was, and was told it was a rush labor charge. If I had left them in the morning and gone back to pick it up later I wouldn't have been charged that. They weren't busily catching up with existing orders, they were standing around, so my "rush" order didn't take him away from anything. I told him I suspected it was a ploy to make back the money they'd missed before, and he sheepishly agreed. He said it had been added a few months before. The next time I went into FedEx office to make some copies I asked what they'd charge for the same thing. The guy I asked was a little older than the rest, so I suspect he was the head guy. He said $2.49!!!!! I'd say all that free stuff before wasn't so much public service, as it was an advertising ploy they're making up for now. Bottom line, if you want to get laminating done, BEWARE!!!! read more

I had an amazing experience at this staples!! I went in with just some invitation ideas in mind and Jennifer was such a help! She gave me a bunch of great ideas and all of my options. Staples Store # 480, 17020 Chatsworth St., Granada Hills, CA 91344 I have been in this store so many times, therefore I have an idea which aisle to go to. However, this afternoon I was in a hurry since it's lunch time. Mia, one of the store employees was very helpful. I told her that I am going to give her 6 stars. I did not stay long in the store, per my store receipt (email) I went out at 12:04noon. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service from Mia and other employees. read more

I've always had a great experience here! The staff is friendly, they're always stocked with what you need or will help you find a store that has it. Clean store in the neighborhood. Friendly clerks at the business service center, very helpful.

Dear Staples, I have a really whacked-out idea but it just might work. Are you ready? Okay, here it is: get copiers that actually copy. It's radical, I know, but customers coming to the self-serve copy center actually like making copies. We aren't there to play musical copiers just to find out all three are in various states of piece-o-crap. Oh! It also helps to have more than two people working at 10am on a Tuesday. One at check out and one in copy center makes for irritable customers, they become irritable drivers, those drivers get road rage and end up in handcuffs. Do you really wanna be responsible that? Are you gonna bail us out and answer to the throngs of Angelinos stuck in a traffic jam of your making? Didn't think so. Honestly I don't shop here but I do send out mail here and I love coming here to mail! It's a lot less crowded than USPS and they have all the supplies you need like tape and scissors and pens to write with since they sell office supplies, lol. It's easy and fast to ship out here. The only thing is they only offer priority mail for USPS here so you can't do first class or medium rare or whatever else USPS has to offer but with priority you get tracking and confirmation included so it's usually what I go with anyway. I only give 4 stars because sometimes the line does get long and everyone is busy helping with someone, I have waited for a while before so maybe they should have more employees on the same shift but it's still better than mailing at the post office lol. read more

I was in need of some business cards and I liked the idea of designing them online so I decided to give staples a try. Order online and pick then up the next day. So I did. When I called the next day, spoke to Annette, she informed me that the machine was broken and they had to order a part which could take another day. She was very apologetic and kept me informed. My cards ended up being finished a day later then expected. But when I did pick them up, they were beautiful AND Marshall, the manager, gave them to me free of charge for the inconvenience. Everyone was so nice and professional, I would def use them again! read more

Used the public restroom. No toilet paper. None. Both stalls had room for two rolls each, all were empty. Next door was the supply room, with the door open, and at least 20 rolls sitting there, yet none of the employees were apparently able to install it in the bathroom. That makes for a very bad impression. Frightening lack of knowledge. I went in to purchase an e-reader. There were three nooks on a shelf. One had a price, the two other models did not. I wanted the specs on the devices, but could not find any in evidence. I asked for help. I explained that I wanted to know what ebook formats were readable on the different devices. I thought I spoke in English, but obviously it translated into Martian because I was given a blank stare. I asked to see the boxes please, so I could read them myself. Blank stare, then "I'll be right back." A different person showed up. I explained I wanted to read the box, could he bring me a model in a box, please. He vanished to see if they had one. I could hear him talking to someone else in a scandalous voice, "She wants to see a BOX,". (Oh the shame.) I waited. A few minutes later, I glanced around, there was the person who was supposed to find me a reader in a box for review, checking out other customers. He said "I'll be with you in a minute." I watched another group of folks approach the check out stand and decided I was done. I thanked him as I left saying I would find the information on line. (NO, I will not go back in to purchase from them again. I'll buy on line instead!) read more

The manager Hector went above and beyond for my print job. My daughters announcements came out beautiful.

I needed some emergency last minute programs made for my wedding, and so I came here after visiting 2 other places already. The sales rep was very patient and helpful for the whole process, letting me come behind the computer and perfecting the dimensions and paper quality and all. Everything came out perfect with their help and I sincerely thank them for that. There was an issue with not getting all the prints I'd paid for, so I just went back that morning, explained the situation, and then they gave me the quantities I needed to fulfill my order not even questioning me and making a fuss about if I was right or not... Thanks for helping my wedding go a little bit smoother. read more

I like this place and the staff knows about technology and printing. However: I came here right after the beginning of school started for LAUSD. You would figure you would hire some more help or work double shifts during this crazy time. Open up some more cash registers. Whatever needed to be done. Management screwed up on that day. I was not a happy camper waiting 20 minutes in line for a purchase. read more

Just left this location and felt moved to leave a review for great customer service. I went there because I was looking for a folding table and Staples had it cheaper than any other store. I walked in and a gentleman, probably the manager, greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him and he pointed me to where they were and said if I didn't see what I needed they could probably get it from the back. Soon as I got to that spot a young man came to help me. He helped me find the table I needed, carried it to the register, rung me out, and took it to the car for me. And he was really pleasant and friendly too. I got exactly what I needed and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. And was treated very warmly too. Nicely done! read more

I went in there knowing I needed a printer that same day. The printer that I originally wanted was not in stock and after looking online I saw that it wasn't at any store in the area. A very helpful employee saw the panic starting to consume me. He walked over and did the typical "Anything I can help you with sir?" I told him I came for this printer because it had great reviews, and it was on a super sale. He told me well they are phasing that printer out because it's the old model but they have the new one in store. I told him I was in a strict budget and can't afford to spend double what I originally wanted to spend. He totally understood and was able to help me out with the price and get it down to my original price. I have never had a large chain store, such as Staples, do anything along those lines. I was extremely satisfied walking out and for sure will be going back for all my office supplies. read more

Yup, 3 sounds about right, ordered something online for next day pickup, however I never got any communication so after 2 days I called customer service because on my staples app it said my order was still processing and not even being transported yet, the customer service rep told me my product was already in store and I can pick it up, which was true, when I got to the store their delivery had not been checked in yet and by what I gathered it had arrived the previous day. Anyways got my product and I'm a happy camper now. read more

Terrible print center - asked them to print something on a foam poster board that cost me $140. I come to pick it up and it's on paper. They had me wait till their associate got off lunch to resolve my issue. They wanted me to pay another $100 for their screw up to print my image on a foam board. What in the hell? Go to Office Depot or Fedex, way cheaper & they might do it correct the first time. Still waiting on a refund. Smh! read more

I don't' know if all the stars convened at once to make shopping at Staples this Sunday difficult for associates and customers... ...but when you hear an associate yell at a customer behind you " we don't have to serve you," and another associate yell at the customer (and I do mean yell) --after the customer has patiently been waiting in line for 10 minutes to be then told that there is only one line (not marked, and there were other people in all three lines that didn't know there was one line, including me) -- because they stated they wanted to be served in the line they are in (not yelling), then it is time not to shop at this Staples. It could have been handled so much better. read more

Staples is the best, why? Sorry it took me so long to write a review, but I have dealt with Staples for many years now from Chicago to Indiana, Iowa, Florida and now California. They never have disappointed me, and if they made a mistake they always turned my disappointment to an amazing experience. They always try to deliver and never give up until they deliver customer satisfaction+1. Their prices are the best around if you really compare to others. Today i walked in to staples on Chatsworth to purchase few necessities, but i noticed that there price was marked higher in the store than what it was posted on the website, when i mentioned it to the cashier Heather, she very politely informed me that she will check the website and immediately after checking it she honored the lower price, which was a 50% saving for me. Thank you Heather :) once again i have visited many Staples and they always have delivered Quality Work, Superb Service and Unbeatable Prices on many many of their items and services, specially in their printing department. Sorry i can't remember all their names but Nick helped me a lot with a project and truly went above and beyond to ensure my project was as close to perfect as possible. Absolutely furious. I called this location with an easy specific question. The first girl was unsure and transferred me to someone more knowledgable. I Asked him if they had a flatbed scanner for a size 16 x 20 canvas he said yes I asked the price he told me the price I was so excited and happy that I express that to him as I have been calling all over the valley looking for someone to do this for a fair price I said I would be coming right in despite the storm going on outside I drove all the way over here to towns over in the rain walked in and he knew who I was right away and said "oh yeah I'm sorry I misunderstood you on the phone we can't do that here it's not a flatbed scanner maybe you want to start calling around" It's unfortunate I didn't get the idiots name but both he and the young girl in the shipping and printing area were rude and unapologetic.
