This is probably one of the dirtiest big box stores I've been to in awhile. Fixtures are dated, and the bathroom was overrun with paper towels all over the floor (and even out into the bathroom's hallway corridor too). The store itself feels older with scuffed floors and older store set-ups. We watched a manager really escalate a customer service situation (to the point that both customer and manager were yelling at each other), but I'll admit I don't know the backstory as to what was happening before I showed up at the counter to try to check out. I will say that I've had fantastic service with Staples' furniture warranty/replacement plans in the past. A+ replacement plans if you're thinking about buying one. That's not necessarily related to this specific location though. It's weird that this location is so close to Easton and in this shape as I've been to much nicer Staples locations that were in the middle of nowhere. I felt uncomfortable at this location, and I don't plan to come back. I'll drive out of my way to try a different Staples. read more

Very rude and lazy employees! Went in to do a return and this lady by the counter didn't bother to help or call for some help! Also never enough staff near returns counter. The store needs an overhaul in customer service! read more

Standard big-box office store. I used to prefer Office Depot, and OfficeMax, but Staples has driven most of the competition away. (There's a Max across Morse, but my last couple of visits have been disappointing.) Surprised I haven't already reviewed this, since I've been coming off and on for more than 10 years. Today: school supplies. Some on sale, they had most of what we needed, and service was good, in store and at the counter. Moderately busy on a Friday morning. Nice clean open store, easy to find stuff, loads of office stuff and some specific school displays. In and out quickly. Easy parking, and of course close to other places you might be shopping like Target, shoe stores, etc. read more

It's okay. The manager didn't acknowledge me and I kinda thought that was not good. However it wasn't a deal breaker since most stores today don't have good customer service. It was clean. Prices in the clearance section were not marked. Nothing special. read more

How do I business cards made up at this location. Even though there were some difficulties getting them made due to a printer going down and a cutter going down they were still able to get me my car is a very reasonable amount of time and even upgraded the paper for me to make up for the issues. Cassidy at the Ethan store took very good care of me and I will get more made when I need them from these people read more

Been going here for 10 years for supplies, but no longer. We attempted to use their services for a $400 plus print job (prepaid) on Sunday. We were assured it would be done next day, as it was needed for an event Tuesday morning. As of Tuesday afternoon the job still hadn't been started. Save yourself some trouble and use FedEx Kinkos that's only 1/2 mile away for printing jobs. read more

What?? No review yet?? Staples, as we all know, is just your basic office supply super store... Unfortunately nothing special really.... just slightly better than its main competitor... starts with Office and ends with that place there trains used to hang out at... (depot)... Anyway, this is where I go for my office, paper, printing needs etc. Their prices seem to have gotten a bit out of hand for copyng/printing lately... can't figure that one out... so I do try to avoid them for that. Not much of a staff when you are looking for help... but when you don't need it it seems there are people always asking you... we just need to get in sync with that one... I needed a print job for a class starting next week and the print lab at my college was already closed for the day. Not wanting to print 100 pages on my home printer, I decided to have it printed "presentation style" at Staples. I uploaded the file, made some adjustments, and submitted the project an hour before the store closed. My project was done before noon the next day. The manager even called to confirm a few things about the item before printing. I was able to pick up my presentation perfectly done and reasonably priced. read more

I saw a lot of bad reviews for this locations and thought "it can't be that bad right". Wrong. I called in prior to driving out because I wanted to make sure my job could actually be completed at this store but was on hold for at least 10 minutes before being hung up on. I went in and had amazing help from the print and copy employee! I believe her name was makenna. While I was making my copies, the manager and another employee were in a verbal argument in the middle of the store which was very uncomfortable. The manager was upset that the employee had left his station to complete other work which was justified by the employee. He was very rude to the employee and and had no regard for the customers that could hear everything. I got my prints and left but the entire experience felt very uncomfortable because of that situation. read more

Meh....its okay. Went in for some school supplies. Scored a sweet ass binder that is a double sided zipper, lots of compartments. No price was labeled so I took it up to the register with a few other items I found at a good deal. I expected it to be way more than it was. While I got some things at a good price I didn't get my entire list here because I knew I could get a better deal elsewhere. The store was clean with friendly staff; however, the space is small so some areas were a bit cluttered. read more

the in store help is just not there, i like shopping there (no real bargains) but most of the time they have what a person wants. but hold on to your hat if you have to find someone to help you find something that you've looked all over the store for and can't find. bottom line, not enough supervision and training for the people that work the floor everyday, sad deal. maybe someday their won't be a Staples to shop at, just AMAZON ! read more

I stopped in prior to a job fair to get a pen, portfolio and print some resumes. Pretty straightforward, right? After almost 45 minutes, Ed was unable to complete this. I left without any of my items. This is completely ridiculous. I had even called ahead the night before and been told that they would be open at 9:45am to print. I was the first one in the door, but apparently the lowest priority. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I placed an order for 125 long postcards on a Thursday and was told they would be ready in 48 hours. 48 hours later when I hadn't heard anything I called the store and was told they had questions and "someone would call me." No one ever called me. I decided to be preemptive and send an email on Sunday and again before opening Monday to answer any questions they might have. I then called the store (4 days after my order was placed) at opening and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. I called every 2 hours all day and each time was told "2 more hours." At closing I called and a new employee told me the order wasn't going to happen after day 1 because their 3rd party design center told the store to do a mock up and "we don't do that so it just never got done." So you knew for 3 days it wasn't happening and strung me along. I also pre-paid (of course) but can only get a refund if I go into the store even though I'm a rewards member and they can see my receipt in their computer. I will never ever patronage a Staples again. read more

Horrible Experience! I would not recommend this Staples! Customer service is non-existent! We dropped off a flash drive with one picture to get printed on a 24 x 36 sheet, and what happens... Staples calls two hours later and says.. we are sorry we corrupted your flash drive with a virus and lost EVERYTHING on it! we said ok.. no big deal.. we will email you the picture.. we emailed the picture and they stated "There systems are down" sorry we didnt get it.. They said here is a free crappy flash drive for your bad experience. We dont care about a flash drive! we just wanted a picture printed! Now they say we will print tomorrow.. tomorrow comes.. and we drive back 30 minutes to the store and guess what! They printed on the WRONG paper!! unbelievable! Also they stated it would take an HOUR to reprint and fix on the correct paper! an HOUR! really! this isnt rocket science... So we asked.. can we get it overnighted to make sure we have it this weekend.. they said sorry we cant overnight anything... Never Again!! Horrible! read more

Saturday, April 26: Went in there to purchase a simple digital cable. Saleswoman was arrogant and very rude, treating me like I was retarded, when a simple "we don't have that" would have sufficed. I wanted to pick up a printer and drop it on her head, but instead I left the store angry that I had wasted her and my time. If this is the kind of employee that Staples hires, I'll go ANYWHERE else, before I ever go back to this place on Morse Road. read more
