The guy (I think it was Ryan) says "oh I thought that was your television in the back. My husband tells him the parts were sent for the tv, he disappeared to the back to check and then returns to tell us that the parts they sent were used on the other guys television and oops looks like they only sent one set of parts! Oh but don't worry, the parts didn't work on their television so we will try them on yours and get back to you, should take about 4 hours. We called on Sunday (2 days later as they never bothered to call with an update) and they said they had to get other parts to fix - eta Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell us the parts didn't work and the company was sending a new TV. We returned today to pick up the stand for our broken tv and once again, walked in, guy with dark hair blonde bangs didn't even acknowledge we were there - he was helping someone else. 30 minutes later, he overhears me saying to my husband that this is ridiculous and he finally acknowledges us; and oh now he's going to pause helping person one to see what we were there for.
