    I came in to ask for help on how I can make prints of an original painting I did . I ended up printing the wrong thing and got frustrated due to the lack of help until Amira Hoor came to the rescue ! She saw how frustrated I was and yet was so kind and helpful . Thank you for this customer service I needed Amira ! Definitely will be back to make more prints !

    Came here to get some ink, folders, & miscellaneous items. First and foremost, when I walked in the door there was nothing provided to clean & sanitize your cart or basket & there was also a trash can that was nearly full. I have to say honestly, I was not too trilled to see these conditions upon entering, especially in the midst of a global, deadly pandemic. How can you not have the basic safety standards in place!? I am a Staples Rewards Member so I get my ink and supplies from them but I feel like this particular location was lacking a lot of things. The shelves were not really stocked so the selection wasn't all there, they had expired sale signs all over and the staff was disengaged. I got my goods & got out. I guess I should've had a clue when I walked into the not so cleanly entrance. I probably won't go to this location anytime soon as there are other Staples near me. I hope that this was an off night and not the norm!

    9/10/22 I prefer counting out my coins bu hand than using a machine and being cheated.

    Value of paying for printing service is over priced to have more than a 24hr turn around for simple copies.

They tried to charge me the cost of a whole new motherboard. Gale, from GB Wireless, responded to me with a decent price so I drove over there the next morning they were open. Since it wasn't just a solder service but also him having to figure out where the ripped pads lead, I had to pay a little more but it was worth it. Gale was very friendly and was great at explaining what he would need to do. He gave me the estimate and said it would be ready the next day. A few hours later, I get a call saying he was able to fix it and my Switch is working perfectly. I appreciate service like this. As the customer, it just feels like they go above and beyond. Now I know where to go the next time I destroy something!

I was limping along charging it with a wireless charger but was nervous if I didn't get it fixed it would short circuit on me. The owner told me to come in the next day when they open at 10am doe my best chance at same day repair. Said that it was likely a need for me to replace the whole frame or whatever the port is connected to. I took it in and he took a quick look and said it was likely it just needed a little cleaning, no need to replace any part and that it could be done in 15 mins. My jaw dropped. I was so glad I didn't go to a mall kiosk because the last time this happened I had to pay nearly $200 to get a whole part replaced. I'm a happy customer and would come back here for any future phone repair needs!

    Great service and prices. 100% recommend. My phone was acting up, (over heating, battery was…read moredraining, etc). I went in to get my phone checked out and they immediately knew what was wrong with it (my charging port needed to be replaced) Gave me a quote for free and didn't pressure me to fix my phone. I took my phone to Apple to see if they can replace it prior to getting it fixed. The guy brushed me off and told me my phone was fine. It wasn't until I told him to check my charging port that he noticed it needed to be replaced and told me it would cost $500 to fix.... I went right back to real mobile repair and got my phone fixed for a quarter of the price.

    It's 1am on a Saturday night and my phone display screen randomly starts turning green. With…read moreminutes the whole screen was blacked out. The phone was functioning but unusable. I had to prepare for work on Monday and couldn't afford to not have a phone. Luckily I had my laptop, so I clicked an Apple link to troubleshoot my issue and schedule a repair. Surprised to find that I couldn't even get support for my iPhone without logging in to my Apple account. I quickly logged in only to find that they required a text with a code on my phone. No other way to do it, since I don't have any other Apple devices. I went to Yelp! and looked up some repair places. This place like the others were fast to respond. I went with them because they had the best reviews and seemed like they had the most reputable work. Mohamed was easy to work with, prepared, and knowledgeable. He's straightforward on pricing and can explain the different price points. I decided to go for the highest end replacement screen (OEM Apple refurb). They include a screen protector at that price point. Driving there was tough only because street parking was hard to find and this is on a rainy Sunday morning/afternoon. I would recommend taking the Shaw/Howard metro instead. Literally a straight 2 blocks up the road. The repair happened right in front of me and was fast. Clearly Mohamed is experienced. He's also well mannered and treats clients like a human being which is more than what I can say for some other people running a business. Place was clean, put together, and easy to locate. Literally on corner of 7th street NW and Florida Ave NW. The repair cost me ($180) more than what others quoted me, but I chose the highest of 3 options he gave me ($90,$130, and $180). He even checked that everything worked and was not pushy or rude. Time will tell if this repair last but I'm literally typing this review from my phone; so far so good.
