Bought a HP printer a few weeks ago used it a few times to print from my laptop. Worked great. Today I try to make a copy and it prints a whole black page. I try three times. One prints a color page. I bring it to the Staples on Arlington and they say "Sorry, you bought it more than 2 weeks ago, nothing we can do". That is BS. I knew I should have gone with the Brother printer. Requested team members help with my project making a pamphlet and I ordered 3 to see how they would look. #1 came out so small it couldn't be read. #2 still small and crooked. #3 words sloping and pictures crooked. I was invited to come back to resolve the issue. I went to Staples today and my work was gone!! After promising they would keep it on file, it magically disappeared. Enough chances. I came in to this location for TSA pre check. The young lady at the print shop was very nice however two other employees on two separate occasions were rolling carts with stuff stacked on and almost ran into me and my child never said anything just kept going. Then we get to the back and the agent is in with someone else so we wait. When she comes out she turns away two people who she told yo come back saying she can't see them today. Then she ask my name. When I tell her she says oh you weren't out here when I called your name. It's now 10 minutes after my appt time and she was with another person while I sat patiently for 15 minutes waiting on her to finish. Now I don't know if she works directly for staples or not but this entire experience will have me choosing to take my business else where as I will not be wasting my time in this store again. read more

Staples - Printing Services Near Me - Akron, Ohio

Their printing center is the WORST one I have ever used! Our business has used this Staples print center about 20 times now (ONLY because it's the closet print center to the office). But this last time was my final time. I always place my print order well in advance so I have more than enough time to make sure everything is right. A couple of months ago I placed an order (not large at all). Since it's on my way home and I had a presentation in the morning, I stopped by the center to pick it up the day AFTER it was supposed to be done. They had not even started it yet. It was supposed to be done the day before! I waited over an hour for them to just send me to the office in Cuyahoga Falls and never got a refund they promised me I would get for the mixup. The falls office literally had my order done before I even got over there. Ridiculous! Since this is the closest print center to our office, I decided to give them a second chance, even after the first major incident. BIG MISTAKE! Since then they have printed out my order using the wrong paper, printed it wrong, and even distorted my orders. Yes I said orders! Probably close to 5 orders have been incorrect! I will never use this print center again. The one in Cuyahoga Falls even complained about this one. I ended up buying supplies to print from my home office. It's extremely sad that I had to do this, since the whole point was to save on ink, but honestly I got so fed up! I would not suggest this print center to anyone, whether they are in a hurry or not. read more

I have NEVER had an issues with this location until today. I came in to get some things printed off from Etsy. I had done this just a month a go- Jonah said it was copyright and I cannot do that. I PAID for the download, and Staples had printed my items just a month ago... but today Jonah told me he couldn't do it. Yes, It frustrated me and you could tell he was frustrated because he flat out told me he does not know anything about Etsy. I think that is what led to his uncalled for, VERY unprofessional outburst for the entire store to hear. First he said I called him an idiot.. Which, I most certainly did not. He was at the computer, I was all the way over at the counter. I was frustrated that "I" could not get to my downloads but instead of helping me, Jonah went crazy on me.. Telling me he was a human being and will not be called an idiot (? HUH?). He said he has the right to refuse me any services! Basically telling me to leave the store. NEVER have I been treated so badly.. This Jonah is off his rocker and I will be writing to corporate AND putting reviews EVERYWHERE. I worked retail.. I get it, but I would never flat-out call someone an idiot. He needs to be in a different line of business. Update: Called Corporate and the Supervisor at the store... They made it right and told me Jonah was only there for another week and that I could come in and have it done. The Supervisors at the store were very empathetic and understanding and agreed that no customer should be treated that way. I just hope this kid doesn't get a job with the public! read more

Customer Service: 2 stars. When I went in for copies, the Staples employee was talking to another employee about a personal topic that had no relation to work and wasn't urgent. When I interrupted and said I was ready to speak to someone, the employee told me to hold on and continued to talk about the personal topic. I hope his isn't the norm there. Selection: 3 stars. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at various Staples stores in the Akron, Ohio area on printers, scanners, computer equipment, printing supplies, etc. for my business. My business requires that I ship fairly large, flat packages on a consistent basis. I don't need tons of cardboard for this...just a few large boxes every few weeks. I used to get castoff cardboard from Staples, but lately they treat it as if it were gold. The last store in Chapel Hill told me they can't give me any cardboard. They are happy to take my money, but helping me out by giving me something they're going to throw out anyway? They can't do that? Well, I will no longer shop at Staples. Ever. read more

I had a big print job to make programs for a fundraiser. I waited in line more than 20 minutes. Being disabled I pulled up a chair while I waited only for the employee to help the woman standing behind me after asking if I'd been helped. I was promised my print job would be ready the following morning when they opened. I came in for pick up and they hadn't even started on the order. I had my one year old with me and was told to wait and hour with a one year old. So I pay over $130 for an order that they couldn't put a high enough priority on to get it done when they promised?!?!
