Especially when they don't like to answer questions about the price and the total. All they say you don't owe anything today. If you got $350 and you spend $175 you should have $175 left for another pair of glasses they told me no I didn't it was all gone. gone where?? You got $175.00 left over to use. Well you tried this will the wrong woman . What you are not going to do is take my benefits I pay for!! My insurance company confirm I can buy as many pairs of glasses as I want. I was told in American best that I can buy only one pair. Lied !! Well get ready I am going to see what the Consumer FTC got to say! Seniors Citizens like myself are on a fixed income and I will not be taking advantage or see anyone else taking advantage of. Plus they were unprofessional and rude. Yes I went off !! for good reason!! I knew what they were trying to do was wrong! Some things you just don't do!!

I feel like because you only go there once a year the Doctor is not super personable with you. My check up today was with Dr. Osman. It is usually with a lady doctor. He was very nice and friendly. He asked me questions and talked to about the changes in my eyes. My appointment was at 9:15 and they asked me to be there by 9 which I was. I was in doing the pretest by about 9:10 and in with the doctor about 10 minutes after that. It was early so it wasn't a big crowd. It was nice and quiet. The staff checked in on me while I sit and wait which was really nice. So when I come here I only usually get my prescription for my glasses. I never purchase in the store because my insurance gets me a better deal at a different place. So I can't speak to the deal that they usually have on your glasses , the buy two pair blah blah blah. But as far as going just to get my eyes checked and get my prescription it's a really good experience.

I have been to this LensCrafters several times though out about 25 years. I have been to others and…read moreother places, like Americas Best. Surprisingly, this place seems to get better with better employees every time. I had an appointment at Americas best, which I was late (I had an unexpected issue arise). I arrived at about 2:34 for a 2:20 appointment and they would not see me. Said I'd need to reschedule for the next week, wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. She really just seemed frustrated, overwhelmed, and overworked. I didn't want to add to her already bad day so I just no thanks and left. I called LensCrafters who said they did not have any openings but if they had a cancellation they would fit me in so I got there around 2:50 pm. And by 3 I was getting the exam. Not only was it quick and they were super friendly but when it came time to choose my frames and pay the not only gave me a 40% discount but they also gave me an additional $50 off. Because I was $12 short. They worked with me and helped me even more just because. I decided to schedule an appointment for a contacts exam next week too. I am telling you guys this is the best place to go to get an eye exam. Little more expensive but you get what you pay for and this place is well worth it. An awesomely friendly staff that you don't get much anywhere anymore. I don't care how much cheaper the eye exam is at Americas best or Walmart or anywhere. They make up the price with better frames and better deals and they work with you anyway they can. The best and longest lasting glasses I have had came from this LensCrafters. Highly recommended

We ended up getting 2 pairs of reading glasses for the price of one (BOGO!) that were ultimately cheaper than the other alternatives - they were $125 frames w/ lenses and they shipped the for $25 to her house. They also gave us a coupon to have the broken glasses repaired at a nearby place. The selection of frames is limited, but all are listed at good prices. I am so glad we found this place. Usually I pay between $200-$300 for a new pair of glasses and frames.

We didn't have an appointment as we had already been to one. We had our prescriptions with us and realized that my insurance covers Sears as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST: A big big high five to Cory for not only being one of the most patient people I have seen in a while, but also he was funny and kind. Secondly, another high five to Sara who was also wonderful, friendly, and professional as well. Both people were running the small store, they had quite a line, and yet, they were all smiles. I can't believe how lucky we are to find this wonderful gem tuck behind Sears. They should really consider having a seperate store IN FRONT. THE PRICES: the lowest I found so far. There are no hidden shenanigans behind their prices. I found their pricing straight forward and honest. Although the selection is quite small and you will not find Versace, Gucci, etc glasses here, they do carry a small collection of RayBan, Polo, Converse, Levis, and other lower end glasses. However! I have to say that the quality of the frames that they do have are much better than the $300 frames I have seen in other stores. With my insurance, the frame, lenses, polycarbon (am I doing this right? lol ) and anti-glare only cost us $68!! Although it was no name brand frame, I can tell it is still of good quality. THEN they are currently having a $99 sale on their sunglasses if you buy a prescription glass. This promo is good up until April of 2013. Hubby bought a RayBan sunglasses WITH his prescription for just a hundred smackaroos. Last year, hubby bought the same thing at Lenscrafters. He had prescription Rayban sunglasses and a Polo frame totalling at $600 AND he had to return them because they didnt get the prescription right on the lenses for both glasses. Although Lenscrafter's customer service was also stellar, I'm gonna have to say the Sears team and their store's prices kicks major booty.
