They always have cute Coach frames for me and I tend to get a great price with my Eye Med insurance and the coupons that Target Optical sends me in the mail. On my most recent visit, I was able to get my son in for an exam on New Years Eve (right before the insurance period ended). It was his first ever eye doctor visit and the doctor and staff made him feel comfortable and welcomed. I loved the affordability of all the kids frames. Not only did they have budget options like Cat and Jack, but they also had more expensive ones like Ray Bans and Oakley for under $150 (many under $120 too). My son had his eyes set on a few pairs initially, but ultimately decided on a green pair after the friendly staff member helped pull a few additional options from the back. Overall it was a positive experience.

The staff on the glasses side even know my daughter and me by name -- that's how long we've been patients here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. At my last visit with my 3-year-old, I arrived at 9:40 AM and wasn't finished until after 11:30 -- nearly two hours of waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but this level of disorganization, especially when caring for a young child, is unacceptable. When I came back for my own appointment, I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before even being seen. I always arrive on time or early and schedule the earliest appointments possible to avoid long waits, but that clearly didn't help this time. It's very disheartening, because over the years I've purchased at least five pairs of glasses, two pairs of sunglasses, and two pairs of glasses for my daughter. I even planned to get another pair this month. Sadly, after these last two experiences, I've lost confidence in the practice. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere, and my mother -- who was planning to start coming here -- has now decided not to. I truly hope the office takes this feedback seriously. Loyal patients deserve better communication, organization, and respect for their time.

So my daughter recommend I take them here to see if they could fix them- so I did! I left them on the condition "we may not be able to fix this" but I knew they would be more successful than me!! It has been several years since I have made a vision visit because I felt unheard and overcharged, so I made the old frames and eyes work with what they had at that time. Zeena Optical is NOT that experience. The feeling of warmth and home is what you get the moment you walk inside. The beautiful eyewear display cases beckons you to try a pair or two on. Their frames were all fairly priced. Once you get to the back, the state of the art technology was top tier. I was jaw dropped by the ease and care of the technician guiding me through the process. After the pre eye screening tests, I was ushered into a beautiful little private office exam room where elegantly placed decor and equipment married together in perfect and tasteful style. When Dr. "A" as she is affectionately called, walked into the room, I knew this would be my forever eye place. Dr. A is not only thorough and proficient, but also she is kind and personable. She is very easy to talk to and the most important thing is that she listens. I felt so seen and heard by her. She is simply in a word fantastic. Due to a death in a family, she was not able to make her follow up appointment (she moved back to Louisiana) and this place gave her / us a REALLY hard time about getting a paper Rx for her glasses and contacts even though I paid for at time of visit. It was beyond bizarre. I forgot to write that update because I was busy dealing with funeral arrangements and the aftermath. Recently - I decided it was PAST time to get my annual eye exam ...having missed the last 3 years :-( I checked with My Eye Lab / My EyeLab, Marietta Eye Clinic and Walmart Vision Centers. Check my review for My EyeLab's EW Connector location (awful). As of the writing of the review - $80 for eyeglasses exam $45 additional for contact lenses exam Dr. Aaron Rahn is the only optometrist onsite and he's there 2 - 3 days per week. By the way, I saw some Google reviews where people gave 1 star reviews because the doctor is only there one day a week. I asked about this and it turns out he's not laying home eating bonbons or chilling on the beach when he's not there (like the detractors speculated - lol), he works at other locations when he's not there. My visit was great. Dr. Rahn was EXTREMELY thorough and gave me, hands down, the best, most thorough explanation I'd ever heard with regard to how to understand my eyeglass Rx. The only thing I forgot to ask was what OD and OS mean. I Googled it: Oculus dexter (O.D.) translates to "right eye," while oculus sinister (O.S.) means "left eye." There was little to no wait time and the support staff was fairly friendly. Their selection of eyeglass frame is pretty much what one could expect based on the store size and they had some of the trendy options like Ray Ban, Coach, Sean John, etc. I already have frames that I love (they have glare reduction / blue-light blocking / darken in sun), so if I decide to go with glasses, I would probably only get my lens here and have them put them into my existing frames. If I had to mention anything that might need some tweaking - No one introduced themselves. I found out, by asking, that the young lady at check-in's name was Andrea. I had to ask the name of the doctor, after we'd already been speaking for a few minutes. I had to ask the name of the sales associate that helped me (Kulvir). I think this is just a social norm that seems to be falling to the wayside, but I like to write reviews, so I always want to know the names of the folks I'm talking to. Plus - I like to be able to address people by their names because it seems like the polite thing to do. Overall - I would recommend this place. It didn't put too big of dent in my wallet. The visit was quick and painless and the doctor was phenomenal. Because of my somewhat unique Rx, I have to go back in 7 days for a follow-up (no additional cost), so if anything changes, I'll update my review accordingly.

I came in for something simple to have my glasses adjusted because they'd loosened. During that visit, the staff, including Assistant Manager Brandi and support associate Imani, gave me the wrong pair of glasses and lost my actual pair. When I returned a few days later to fix it, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because I didn't try them on in the store. But I was never asked or instructed to try them on -- something I later learned is standard procedure. To make matters worse, I've been in contact with customer service for over a week, and there's still no resolution. I've spent a lot of money on my glasses, and now I'm without them -- forced to drive without proper vision correction, which is both stressful and a safety hazard. This situation could have been handled with care and accountability, but instead I've received indifference and delay. I truly hope America's Best takes this seriously. Customers deserve better than to be dismissed after such a major error. Please retrain and review the staff at this location, no one should have to go through this level of frustration for something so easily preventable. After the exam when the the doctor was telling me about cataract procedure and he said they put a new lens in my eye and I should see pretty good might need glasses for reading or driving. But if I wanted to pay "out of pocket" $2000. 00 I would be able to see much better. It looks to me that if the $2000.00 lens makes me see better then thats what I should get without having to pay "out of pocket". I guess I'll have talk to him again . It doesn't make sense to me. After a week of not getting a callback I have driven to their office. My message(s) were not in their system. Now, the latest is I am having cataract surgery in 5 days and my cardiologist's office left a message with Ga Eye Partners for a cardiology clearance. The cardiologist RN asked me to contact them because she got no callback. I have Dr. Prada's surgical coordinator's number. I reached out to her and she will fax over the necessary clearance. She stated she never got a message and agreed the phone system is terrible.
